From the beginning i called him inquiring on a room for the weekend and ask if there would be a deposit. I was told from the front desk manager. It depends on if you look sketchy or not, which made me uncomfortable. But reductively, I decided to give it a chance. When I got there, he was overly nice. Which made me feel a little better the lady who worked at this at night was very rude and get my personal information to someone else when I asked for my invoice. As far as the rooms very dirty i killed roaches and siverfish (bug) was in tub on arrival. No security. Hopefully, they could make this look so better. But it needs a lot of work, a lot!

It was very clean and peaceful rest, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to restaurants within 7-10 miles - fast food and Walgreens very close! 45 mins from NASA but completely worth drive with EZ tag!

Manager Nick Patel is very welcoming, friendly and guest service oriented. I drove here during a 3 day vacation even thought it was 40 minutes from my destination. The reviews said satisfied so I changed it. I will stay here moving forward fir Any Houston visits.

Problems from the beginning, I called the hotel. Asking about a deposit and the manager told me it depends on what you look like. If you look sketchy, there's a deposit. If you don't there's not. Which really wrote me the wrong way nonetheless. I went because i still wanted to give it a chance. The manager was nice to me once I got inside. But the lady that worked the night, this was very rude and not friendly whatsoever. The room was absolutely disgusting put silver fish in the tub (bug) and roach crawling up the wow as soon as I walked in! Also, there were trash and the pullout bed. The air conditioner had wood under the bottom, with a hole that let cold air in you can literally see outside! The breakfast was absolutely horrible cold boiled eggs. A few microwave sausage and bread. The only good thing I could say is it was quiet cause nobody was there...

Room services was great, every time I asked for new towels or small things like that, they would restock my needs no questions, Housekeeping was excellent. The only bad thing I can say is the breakfast, not many choices to choose from, wish they had some biscuits and gravy, the scramble eggs we ate don’t know what Company made them, but my alcoholic uncle can make better eggs and she is blind in one eye. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
