Manager Nick Patel is very welcoming, friendly and guest service oriented. I drove here during a 3 day vacation even thought it was 40 minutes from my destination. The reviews said satisfied so I changed it. I will stay here moving forward fir Any Houston visits.

My stay here was excellent. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, with both staff and guests contributing to a positive and happy vibe. I appreciated that the environment was relaxed enough to be fun, yet it was also clean and secure. I felt confident that my belongings were safe. The only minor issue I encountered was the cleaning staff accidentally removing all the towels from my room during the checkout/check-in process. However, the problem was resolved quickly and without any disagreement. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Never again. Tried to have a chill weekend with the fam there, but right out the gate we had problems with them. Couldn't use my points because my wife booked it in her name. After we were told we could, just to update the front desk at check in. They gave us the wrong room. A deluxe when we were charged for a suite. Got that fixed. The pool was closed. Not to mention green as grass. And then the breakfast was trash. Cold hard boiled eggs, sausage patties that were sitting in a pool of grease. Overall was not pleased with this stay.

Location was great for what I needed. Room has good space and staff was lovely. Breakfast was horrible and they have roaches in the rooms. Little invasive one, not the water bugs

When I arrived, the lobby and hallways had a very bad odor like moist, stale air which made a really unpleasant first impression. Once I got to the room, the AC was not working properly. Even though we set it at the lowest temperature, the room never cooled down. The room key cards were also a constant issue. Every time we tried to get in, we had to stand by the door for 3 to 5 minutes, trying over and over until it finally worked. Eventually we had to go to the front desk and ask for new cards. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle machine was not functioning correctly. It did not tell you when to flip or when it was ready, so I had to guess. My waffle ended up undercooked and stuck to the pan. Overall, the stay was frustrating and not worth it.
