After a 12‑hour drive, this property provided the rest we needed. Although we don’t typically stay in large cities due to safety concerns, the secured parking and location just outside the busiest areas made us feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was a bit tight but clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom. The shower pressure was weaker, possibly due to being on the fourth floor, but still serviceable. As a pet‑friendly property, we appreciated the accommodations, even though the room carried a slight hint of dog odor. Ordering dinner through DoorDash was easy, and the driver had no issues delivering. While we didn’t use the hotel bar, it looked impressive, and the view was decent. Overall, this stay offered convenience, safety, and comfort, making it a solid choice for travelers needing a break in Houston.

The water pressure was non existent in the shower. Barely had any water come out. The rooms were dirty. There was hair everywhere. Our room was not stocked with hand soap or tissues. The location is only 25 mins from Houston.

Watch your bank account while staying, because without saying a word to you, they will charge you an incidental fee of at least $70, because a towel that was used to remove WASHABLE face paint, was deemed stained, although it washed it out the towels we still had in our room. Then, when you get frustrated, the front desk and especially the manager, will just tell you that basically, since you seem a little rude, they won't do anything to help you

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was modern and clean. The room was well appointed. The staff was nice and very helpful. The showers were 10/10. The parking and the whole hotel really felt secure. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Houston.

Our stay was pretty good. We a had minor issue, however the staff was on it. Atleast twice a month, we have stayed at this hotel coming up on 3 years. We love it here and we will continue to choose this hotel for our stay while in Houston. Many complain about the front desk services.... I just don't see what many see. The rooms are nice, can they be a little more proactive in some things. Yes, however, I'm sure that's with any hotels/resorts. You will not find a spot where things are 100% all the time. What we know about this place is... They can't fix or correct what isn't brought to their attention. Having attitudes will not solve the problem. If you're not willing to listen, then what's the point. I wil say this to this hotel and staff.... Keep up the good work, and continue to be the best you can be. You can’t please everyone.
