It's a nice place. At the time the elevator doesn't go to the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor ice machine was out of service. The door shut button was completely gone from the elevator. The breakfast was waffles you made yourself either regular or Texas shape,cereal and hard boiled eggs. Coffee OJ and milk was your option for a drink. Staff was friendly and it's dog friendly for a fee and as long as your dog is loud you're good

If you are considering staying at this hotel. I highly advise that you skip to the next one. To start with, this hotel is very outdated. Is it affordable? admittedly, yes. However, sometimes going for the most affordable comes with many issues that end up costing you stressful situations and a poor experience. From the night I checked in, I was placed in a room with a broken AC and even after being switched to a different room. I was still very unsatisfied with the awful smoke and mildew smell. I had 2 babies with me and I requested a non smoker room. I was vocal about this to the front and I was told a manager would get in contact with me but nobody did. It also seems like for some reason their key cards don’t work. Every time you are trying to re enter your hotel room you have to go back to the front rest and get them to fix it. I never had this issue elsewhere but I guess that’s very normal here. A few days later after checking out, I reached out to the hotel and I’m told that my message would be relayed to a manager. I waited 2-3 days and I never got a call. I called again, spoke to somebody named April that claimed was a general manager but it was pointless to explain my situation since she said she could not offer a solution and then I’m told once again that somebody would get in contact with me. I waited 1-2 days and call AGAIN. April picks up the phone and immediately gets me transferred to a manager which happens to sound like an older woman with very poor problem solving skills and basically takes no accountability what so ever for absolutely nothing. Tells me that she had just been relayed the message. She had no clue of what had happened and despite of that she could not do anything about my situation and she rushed me off the phone. I understand that this hotel is cheap, but despite of that, whoever the owner of this property is, please hire staff that is more competent. Your are hiring a bunch of people who are not capable to communicate between each other and do basic things like following up and taking accountability for poor customer experiences. I will get my money back at all costs!!

The stay was an overall good stay but… you need to remember the hotel is off of I-10 so if you get a room closest to the highway you hear EVERY vehicle ALL night. I didn’t realize it and just dealt with it. Not sure about the other end of the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay. The lady at the front desk was very professional and welcoming.

The amazing girl Sydney who checked me in was incredible!!!!!,she was sooo sweet to me, so was housekeeping, i appreciate all there hard work. I only planned on staying for 2 nights,I enjoyed my stay so much, I stayed an extra night. I love this place. I can't wait to come back. Sydney, thank you for everything ❤️
