No hair dryer in room, had to request one from check-in desk, shampoo/conditioner two different brands, beds were very uncomfortable. Although, pet friendly, there was no enclosed area to let dogs off leash, for a non-refundable fee, I feel like more intentional thought could have been put into this area. Room had a smell. We did not eat the breakfast , so I can’t actually comment on that, also when checking in the person wasn’t happy to be at work….but it was Christmas Eve… so maybe that was an issue for her I will not stay here again.

Right from the start, the service was horrible. We walked in, said “good evening,” and received no response—just “Are you checking in?” That tone carried through the entire stay. Staff appeared irritated, including during breakfast service, with eye rolls and clear unwillingness to help. The air conditioning in our room barely worked and kept shutting off. We called on the first day, and someone was sent out, but they knocked once and left immediately without giving us time to answer. No follow-up was done, and we had to rig the socket ourselves just to get it working. One of the electrical outlets was completely pulled out of the wall. I have children, so this was a serious safety hazard. Thankfully, I noticed it and blocked it off. It was never repaired. On our final night, my daughter got sick and vomited on the bed. We notified staff the next morning. The manager/owner then attempted to charge us $300 for sheets, then said $30, and ultimately charged $42. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. Worst hotel experience I’ve had to date. Would not recommend.

I arrived very late to my room on the 3rd floor. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I was greeted by a strong smell of urine. When I reached my room, I found it was clean. Extremely tired, I quickly jumped into bed and even left my luggage in the car because I was so exhausted. The next morning, I went to shower, only to find the bathtub was dirty, with used soap bars and hair present. The Dove shampoo bottles were empty, and a dirty face towel was hanging behind the door. This level of cleanliness is disgusting. Get it together Laquinta

The service attendant was excellent. Despite being very busy into the evening, she remained pleasant and professional! The room was great overall, but the mattress was quite hard — that was our only issue. The continental breakfast was very good. We’ll definitely stay here again — we might just bring a mattress topper next time :)

Stayed here for one night with our puppy Molly while visiting relatives in the area, Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable, there were places both to sit and to eat, microwave and fridge in room both of which we used. Bathroom fixtures a little dated but worked. There are a couple of areas outside to sit and smoke or chill which we liked, one of which is a covered area with a BBQ grill Also plenty of space around the hotel to take Molly for walks. I found the breakfast to be pretty good and very varied including drink options. Seems like there was something for everyone and it was easy to grab or fix something to go which several guests did. Would definitely stay here again.
