We had a great experience here! I’m glad that I didn’t check some of the other reviews before our stay - we had none of the negative experiences that were listed. We stayed in the King Size Deluxe Suite for 4 nights. The room was clean, they changed our towels out every day (without having to ask) and the price was right! The location was great - there’s a Jason’s Deli, Chipotle, Wing Stop, and Little Caesar’s within walking distance without crossing any streets. We’ll definitely stay again! Thanks!

The halls and room smelled funky. They're so cheap, we didn't have soap to wash our hands; and the shampoo/conditioner bottles were smaller than my sunscreen. You can tell it's an old hotel.

Very good price but expect to get what you pay for. The sink faucet was so close to the walls of the sink that my hand would touch every time. The tv controller didn’t work besides turning on and off. I had to buy an hdmi cable to use the tv.

I stayed for five days during the third week of May 2026, and on the first, second, and fifth days, I was greeted by cockroaches, on my pillow and on the floor. During the last three days, the room became extremely humid, and the carpet around the air conditioner was wet. Also during those final three days, a foul, persistent sewage odor emanated from the bathroom—an smell that nothing could eliminate. The dining area was consistently in excellent condition (perhaps because I had breakfast at 6:00 a.m.). My summary is this: The entire hotel staff was excellent, but the room conditions were very poor (at least on the first floor).

This place should be condemned. The room was infested with German cockroaches and the longer I stayed in the room, the more that came out. One roach was smeared all over the wall upon arrival ready for me to see. There was obvious water damage in the room and on the furniture. There was mold on furniture and, once you got past the lobby, you could smell the moldy, musty smell throughout the entire hotel. Random people roamed the parking lot. Kudos to the staff for immediately giving me a refund but this isn't sanitary much less liveable. Stay away. I don't even want to know what the kitchen was like.
