My room was neither clean nor put together. The carpet was not vacuumed. The ceilings and walls had a lot of water damage and you can smell the mold. From the door, I could see blue GUM under the window frame. The bed was made haphazardly and the pillows were only on one side of the bed. I felt like fleas were biting my legs within a few minutes. For the first time in my life, I decided to leave immediately and ask for a refund. The staff kindly obliged.

Went on 8/22 and didn’t even stay 5 hours cause a bunch of baby roaches started appearing. Went downstairs and complained and they switched us 3 times and each room was nasty, bed bug stains, roaches, ac not working. On top of that a man was watching me and my friend threatened to “lock us in the room” and that’s when we had to switch hotels to comfort suites near sam houston (very nice 9.5/10) The man said they’d give it to us that following monday but they would charge us a $20 cleaning fee and once we questioned him he said never mind. Monday comes around and they refused to give us the refund and would not let me speak to a manager. I had to go through booking and they only gave me 2 days worth even though we did not stay an entire night. I eventually got the full amount after having to go through trouble with bank. I’m never come back here, a man made me and my friend uncomfortable to where we had to leave and it’s nasty, on top of that made it difficult to get a refund. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

10/10 do not recommend. The roaches are everywhere! Big and small! You can see them crawling on the wall, in the bedsheets, in the bathtub and near the coffee machine. If you can find another hotel to stay at, do that or you will wake up to roaches crawling on your body! I'd rather stay in my car than is this dump. If I could give Zero stars I would.

These rooms had roaches I killed 3 and one got away so that means the hotel had roaches. There was a big clump of stringy hair in the tub, the bed cover had a strange stain on it. Somebody was smoking weed that was coming through the vents and walls the rooms smelled stale. Right by the air condition was a worn out floor covered by the carpet that felt like I was going to fall through the floor into the room below. The iron board was broken and they had a chair that wasn't sturdy to sit in and a love seat that looked like it came out the dumpster with human fluid stains and ther was circled on the walls like kids was drawing a roach track on the wall, at least the TV worked.

Scammers at this location! Please beware. They charged my card twice which notified my bank of fraudulent activities. I was unable to access my bank account for hours until the investigation was lifted. The room had a terrible odor, tub was FILTHY, and there was a soiled towel wrapped around the smoke detector upon entry. I checked out of the hotel the same day I checked in due to this. When I informed "management" they didn't offer a solution, refund or apology. Please don't book at this location! Contacted the corporate office and they didn't seem to care either.
