No elevator!! The room was clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower had cold water for about 10 minutes. The water pressure is horrible. The air works well. The service was good. Also, the front desk doesn't answer the phone after 10pm. And if you don't mind the kids running around the hotel including the lobby; it's ok. The police showed up 4 times in the 2 days we were there. But hey, at least they are coming when needed. In a sum, you get what you pay for.

La familia
This place has been around for a long time. As a teen i came here, in my 20s and now as a 33 yr old man. They upgraded the place completely. Very nice front desk. We had a chemical incident at our home so we had to leave. They were very sympathetic and gave us a pack of free cold bottled water, since we had to grab the essentials only. Everything is clean and so far it's been amazing. Also gave us a good deal for our situation. Highly recommended! -Ernesto & Amber

I’m not sure where those pictures of the room are from but they are definitely not taken at this hotel. I could write a novel about how bad our experience was here but I’ll keep it as short as possible. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I’ve traveled in third world countries. Dried blood, hair, vomit stains. It looked like our room was never cleaned. Smelled like mold and smoke and cheap deodorizer. This place shouldn’t be open for business. Unsafe. When we pulled up there were people in the parking lot blasting music out of their vehicle and a gun was present. If you’re reading this and considering going to this hotel. I would strongly encourage you not to.

Very affordable. Our room was clean and unlike most motels actually smelled good. It has recently been remodeled/updated and is very cozy. The night staff was very accommodating upon our late arrival and the morning attendant went out of her way to be courteous and kind when we woke up late for breakfast on New Year's day. Our kids loved the large selection of continental breakfast items and we were pleased with the freshness of the food. We will be coming back here on or next visit to Houston.

I really want to give this place 4-5 stars. The rooms were pretty clean, the front desk was so friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the pool seemed clean. However, there were a lot of very loud and inconsiderate people there. The people in the room beside me were up until at least 5 AM screaming and cussing. There were several people below me that were walking around the parking lot screaming and yelling all night. Also, the water for the shower and sink does not get hot just lukewarm.
