The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The free breakfast is good. The free airport shuttle is very reliable. That’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here before and after cruise. And we were very satisfied with this hotel.

I called them and asked if they had indoor pool and hot tub. They said yes got here and turns out they didn’t. They had no towels in the bathroom. The TV was half blue and I had to keep on shutting it off and turn it on for it to stop freezing and there was three remotes in the room but one remote was for both TVs. The pullout bed had a used condom wrapper. The drinking fountain in the gym didn’t work and it looked grubby. There was a crack in between the window and frame, and they set tape over it. The elevators are outdated and sketchy.

Unbelievable Negligence and Zero Accountability – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I have never experienced such an outrageous failure of basic responsibility and professionalism in all my years of traveling. This hotel handed my securely stored luggage to a complete stranger—a guest who walked away with my belongings for hours. When I asked for my luggage before leaving for a 12-hour international flight, they couldn’t even locate it. I had to leave without my possessions, relying on their written promise to find and ship them to me. Just before boarding, after clearing security, the hotel called to say they had found my luggage and wanted me to leave the secure area to meet them outside the terminal - something that would definitely mean that i would loose my flight. Absolutely impossible and unreasonable! Missing my flight was not an option, nor was I obligated to fix their catastrophic mistake. The only option talking on the phone with them was to ship the luggage to my home, which they agreed to. Now, over two weeks later, after radio silence and pathetic communication, they have the audacity to demand that I pay more than 700-800$ for shipping my luggage from the US back home in Europe. Let me be clear: this entire fiasco was caused by their gross negligence and unsafe procedures. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care is staggering. This was not just an inconvenience—it was a serious security breach and a complete failure of operational standards. I will never stay at this property again, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to think twice. If you value your belongings, your time, and your sanity, stay far away from this hotel.

Called to book the shuttle from the airport, gave my name and phone number, and the lady at the desk waited until we took the shuttle to the hotel to let us know we didn't have a reservation there; we were booked at the other La Quinta. I should have double-checked, but since she said this has happened maybe times before, it would probably be good practice to make sure people getting picked up actually have a reservation there. 30 minutes and $40 for an Uber later, we finally got to the correct hotel.

“Lauren” the manager onsite and her team were absolutely amazing. The closeness to the airport, the freshness of the hotel, and the beds were comfortable. I have no complaints and the virtual check in and check out made me happy. I really will be coming back and I’ll stay here. And that coffee was super hot & fresh!
