My stay was perfect! I was so impressed by the value, as I didn’t have such high expectations. Shuttle picked me right up from the airport and dropped me off right on time for an early flight, check in took less than 2 minutes, lobby was clean, room was BIG and clean, bed super comfortable. I would absolutely, 100% stay here again when flying through Houston. Thank you for the hospitality

The gal at the front was absolutely amazing! However, the construction made it difficult to get in/out of the parking lot. We were offered a king room with a sofa, but with 2 kids we took the 2 queen beds, but were warned the room was being renovated. The beds were okay, but that was literally all we had in the room besides the wall mounted TV. The bathroom was okay, but again was being updated.

For a value hotel this was not bad. Very clean and comfortable beds. The king room on 2nd floor (225) is MASSIVE!! The staff is very friendly. Could use fresh paint throughout but otherwise you get more than what you expected for this price.

We walked in and lobby stunk so bad. Got to room and door wouldn’t shut. Trash was still in room. Rat droppings were on floor near bathroom. We immediately left. Front desk said no we couldn’t get a refund but I had made reservations through Expedia and they refunded me immediately! Stay clear from this place. Pictures may look nice but it doesn’t look like this in person!

The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The free breakfast is good. The free airport shuttle is very reliable. That’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here before and after cruise. And we were very satisfied with this hotel.
