Amazing hotel for its refinement Details are there: from the small flower bouquet to the bathroom tiles (in the lobby) to the white simple but beautiful napkins and yet nothing is overly fussy. The rooms are a very successful melange of modernity and understated luxury with an accent on small details which reflect true elegance The food was again simple but made with care and quality ingredients. Possibly today, the best nicoise salad I have had in a very long time.

Disappointing brunch experience Went to Le Colombe Houston for brunch on a Sunday and it was not busy at all, which made the service issues even more frustrating. Our first waiter took our order and then disappeared without placing it, and we were never informed there was a shift change. Despite the restaurant being essentially empty, we didn’t receive the basic attention you’d expect—especially for a hotel brand and location at this level. Communication between staff was poor, and we were left waiting longer than necessary with little clarity on what was happening. As for the food, it was mediocre at best and didn’t stand out compared to brunch options in other major cities. Overall, the service was substandard and ultimately overshadowed the entire meal. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
