We booked through Priceline who messed up our reservation somehow to include 2 people instead of family of 4 but front desk accommodated it. Very nice and clean hotel with spacious and clean rooms and comfortable beds. And very close to Kemah boardwalk and NASA Johnson space center. Overall good stay experience.

Hotel was bereft of guests who obviously read the poor reviews. Room had a bad odor, likely due to AC not having had filters replaced so had to turn AC off overnight. Not ideal in summer. Hotel is old, has had a very light paint to look slightly better but it's still very tired. Wouldn't recommend

Stayed for 10 days in a handicap suite. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Everything was very clean. Staff super friendly and helpful

I was told it was a 2 bedroom suite, which it wasn't. There was old cheerios on the rug. I asked for 2 extra sheets the man told me there was 3 on the bed already. He gave me the 2 sheets and immediately wrote it on a pad. This was very insulting as if I was going to steal his worn out looking sheet. The desk lamp was broken, yet plugged in. There was 4 of us we were only given 2 wash cloth, we were told there is a fridge, guess what? The fridge was broken. Someone call the proper authority to condem this place.

Great Spot! Better prices than Galveston, which is where we were leaving from for our cruise. 4th of July weekend was busy. Breakfast could have been better with some protein added to the menu. The Texas shaped waffles were a hit with my crew tho! Very nice employees. Will definitely stay again for the next cruise!
