It won't be a surprise if I come back to this apartments. From the cleaning and maintenance crew to the helpful front desk, Harlow RO is a place with a vibe you don't want to miss. Shout Out to Nancy for helping me always with the best attitude :) :)

Ayanna was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire leasing process. The best apartment in river oaks. The staff is the so kind. Maintenance is always on time and prompt. I once had an issue with my air late at night after business ours and the maintenance went above and beyond to make sure It was fixed for me that night. NEVER had an insect problem. They clean like clockwork every morning. And I’m in RIVER OAKS for a super affordable price. I’m never leaving!!

I moved to Harlow River Oaks at the end of March, 2023 and My leasing agent Jay was a huge help!!! I moved here from Mexico and he made the process so easy. He got me approved promptly and his personality is amazing!!!! This was the first property I saw in the area and I filled out the application right after the tour. The property is in a great location… there are plenty of nice restaurants that are in walking distance - Target is also in walking distance. Joanna, the property manager, is also very sweet! The only con I have is sometimes the residents on my hallway don’t follow the rules when it comes to valet trash so that’s super annoying. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.
