Worst JW I have been to. Tried to trick me into paying double the amount - $1800 for two nights when changing a booking from one to two nights. Room key didn’t work 3-4 times so I had to repeatedly go back to the reception to get a net new key. Service questionable. Property aged and construction work ongoing. On the bright side, the lounge is good and the gym is well equipped.

This visit was absolutely fantastic. The staff was phenomenal. From the time I walked in starting with valet, which was extremely friendly and engaged. The front desk staff was fabulous also! I was in a room that was next to the freight elevator. I did not notice the noise the first night because I got in rather late and was beat. However, the second day it almost drove me crazy but I had too much unpacked to move to another room which they did offer. They were very apologetic and in order to accommodate me, they gave me access to the executive lounge and a reasonable amount of points on my Marriott card. The bar staff was extremely friendly, including both shifts. I can’t rave enough about the level of hospitality this hotel provided. The workout area was also great. It exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for making the visit grand. It is obvious that the company spends a lot on employee customer service training and employee engagement. It really shows. They have higher the best of the best and kudos to everyone who I interacted with during my two days at this establishment. By the way, I was there for a Charles Schwab trading conference. I feel like I made friends and they are family and this happened only in two days. I will definitely be back. Thank you all and happy holidays!

Central and accessible location, reasonable ambiance and efficient service. This hotel while lacking the wow factor still makes it up in terms of value.

Hotel is so old , room is horrible old sheets mattress, awful place . The place not recommended for family with kids . They not friendly , women’s walk with bra in bar , not intersting to see those ladies late at night appear, they wasn’t stay in hotel just walking , not family orientation We had problems with room I got rash my skin I ask lady to clean my room they answer we can’t but we will change your room after 3 hours waiting she answer I will give you upgrade room it was same room again we ask for set bed for sofa for my kid. We refuse use that 15$ Credet we just left , the lady wasn’t helpful so angry for helping us , I’m not back again not recommend

We had an urgent work situation and I was able to use the shuttle. Luis was fantastic and got me to and from multiple locations quickly and safely.
