One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, check-in was smooth, and the room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable, and the view from our window was beautiful. I also appreciated the little touches — complimentary water bottles, extra towels, and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of options. You can tell they truly care about guest comfort.

The tv to the jacuzzi was not working. The customer service was rude. And was arguing with me about the TV. I asked them what time is my check out for tomorrow and also what time his manager will come in he said check out at 11. But his manager will show up at 12. What are the odds? There is also an AC vent system in the Jacuzzi room. And that doesn’t work either. I would not recommend anybody to come here. I had asked them when’s the last time y’all check for maintenance to make sure everything’s working for other customers. All he did was shrug his shoulders and said talk to my manager tomorrow.

Owners are sorta rude and short as far as conversation goes, but all requests were met and the room was huge! Jacuzzi suite with the king bed and fridge with microwave.

Husband and I wanted to stay in Houston for a few days but nearly all other hotels were at least $1,000 for the 4 days we wanted to spend here. Found island suites and shocked the total was less than half for the time we wanted! We arrived late at night and staff was super friendly. We booked a king suite and it was very spacious. It had a microwave and mini fridge that worked wonderfully. The bed was decently comfortable. Cleaning was offered daily with towel replacements and any toiletry replacements we may have needed. Definitely look forward to staying here in the future!

I got room 108, and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place. Only place in Houston with jacuzzi in the room! Can’t wait to come back!
