One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, check-in was smooth, and the room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable, and the view from our window was beautiful. I also appreciated the little touches — complimentary water bottles, extra towels, and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of options. You can tell they truly care about guest comfort.

Nice place to stay here. I really recommend to come here. Nice @ beautiful place to stay. Room are neat & clean the care for customers they are very friendly to any kind of person.

The tv to the jacuzzi was not working. The customer service was rude. And was arguing with me about the TV. I asked them what time is my check out for tomorrow and also what time his manager will come in he said check out at 11. But his manager will show up at 12. What are the odds? There is also an AC vent system in the Jacuzzi room. And that doesn’t work either. I would not recommend anybody to come here. I had asked them when’s the last time y’all check for maintenance to make sure everything’s working for other customers. All he did was shrug his shoulders and said talk to my manager tomorrow.
