We were in a really tough position and having a family emergency. We needed aemrgency accommodations, and fast! Of course price was a factor, so I made a reservation at this establishment! Absolutely horrible receptionists! Had the worst attitude I have EVER encountered! I genuinely believe she thinks she works at the Hilton, and not some crappy hotel off of Rogerdale! She gave away my room, gave us nothing but attitude, then cancelled my reservation when we asked why she was treating us like that. Of course, I didn’t get a full refund, but will NEVER be returning and surely would never recommend ANYONE stay here!

Staying here for awhile with my boyfriend until my lease is up (divorce yay). Not terrible. Very affordable for an extended stay (less than $1000 a month all bills paid). Pretty quiet for the area and management here is fairly nice. Most people who stay here are pretty chill too. The bed is comfortable, no roaches or other pests and the rooms have a small kitchenette so you can cook instead of eating out every night. If you need a place to stay temporarily this is definitely an option. Like I said, the price for a months stay isn't cheap but I've seen way worse. There isn't any amenities other than on site laundry but that's okay too.

Our room smelled like urine. The toilet isn't secured to the bathroom floor and rocks back and forth. MAJOR water drip from the shower head, and the TV is tinted so dark we can barely see the screen and can't change it (so it's more like aradio.) The complimentary breakfast does NOT include muffins and snack bars, only coffee, tea, cocoa and packaged oatmeal, so that was false advertising. The staff is cordial and the small kitchen is perfect if you need to stay several days and cook. I paid $339 for a 3 day stay which doesn't seem like a fair exchange. Won't be back.

A $3,996.00 charge was attempted on my card hours after I had checked in and paid. Luckily my bank flagged the charge. A corporate issue, and no corporate number to contact and no reply from the online contact form. They said contact the property manager. How do I know this is the person who tried to fraudulently charge my card.

The property is pretty quiet and most importantly it is clean.Management is cool my favorite person is Ms.Dee she's always so nice and helpful if we ever have any problems with anything in our room. The price is fair for what you get and for the past month I haven't had any complaints .
