Staying here for awhile with my boyfriend until my lease is up (divorce yay). Not terrible. Very affordable for an extended stay (less than $1000 a month all bills paid). Pretty quiet for the area and management here is fairly nice. Most people who stay here are pretty chill too. The bed is comfortable, no roaches or other pests and the rooms have a small kitchenette so you can cook instead of eating out every night. If you need a place to stay temporarily this is definitely an option. Like I said, the price for a months stay isn't cheap but I've seen way worse. There isn't any amenities other than on site laundry but that's okay too.

The property is pretty quiet and most importantly it is clean.Management is cool my favorite person is Ms.Dee she's always so nice and helpful if we ever have any problems with anything in our room. The price is fair for what you get and for the past month I haven't had any complaints .

Our room smelled like urine. The toilet isn't secured to the bathroom floor and rocks back and forth. MAJOR water drip from the shower head, and the TV is tinted so dark we can barely see the screen and can't change it (so it's more like aradio.) The complimentary breakfast does NOT include muffins and snack bars, only coffee, tea, cocoa and packaged oatmeal, so that was false advertising. The staff is cordial and the small kitchen is perfect if you need to stay several days and cook. I paid $339 for a 3 day stay which doesn't seem like a fair exchange. Won't be back.

Great location! Such a fantastic value for your dollar. Rooms are nice. I would recommend you spring for the little extra $ to get the renovated premium rooms though--updated furniture, fixtures, flooring, added storage, updated outlets with usb ports, etc. I have stayed here a couple times over the years and I have been impressed each time. They do weekly cleanings and pest control. The only thing is the office isn't open 24/7 but, they still have somebody on call for maintenance/emergencies.

Clark made my experience smooth and stress-free. He was quick to help, very informative, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and genuinely polite, but Clark checked every box. Great customer service!
