Staying here for awhile with my boyfriend until my lease is up (divorce yay). Not terrible. Very affordable for an extended stay (less than $1000 a month all bills paid). Pretty quiet for the area and management here is fairly nice. Most people who stay here are pretty chill too. The bed is comfortable, no roaches or other pests and the rooms have a small kitchenette so you can cook instead of eating out every night. If you need a place to stay temporarily this is definitely an option. Like I said, the price for a months stay isn't cheap but I've seen way worse. There isn't any amenities other than on site laundry but that's okay too.

Our room smelled like urine. The toilet isn't secured to the bathroom floor and rocks back and forth. MAJOR water drip from the shower head, and the TV is tinted so dark we can barely see the screen and can't change it (so it's more like aradio.) The complimentary breakfast does NOT include muffins and snack bars, only coffee, tea, cocoa and packaged oatmeal, so that was false advertising. The staff is cordial and the small kitchen is perfect if you need to stay several days and cook. I paid $339 for a 3 day stay which doesn't seem like a fair exchange. Won't be back.

Great location! Such a fantastic value for your dollar. Rooms are nice. I would recommend you spring for the little extra $ to get the renovated premium rooms though--updated furniture, fixtures, flooring, added storage, updated outlets with usb ports, etc. I have stayed here a couple times over the years and I have been impressed each time. They do weekly cleanings and pest control. The only thing is the office isn't open 24/7 but, they still have somebody on call for maintenance/emergencies.

THEY HAVE RATS! they have me and my babies(two and 4) in a room with rats running on walls! Iam beyond stressed and petrified and my babies are aa well and can’t even sleep! They refused to refund us and refused to change our room then told us to our face that we brought the rat with us!! This has been going on since LAST SATURDAY!! 9/05/25 and it is now 9/12!!! They have done nothing at all what so ever not even acted like they cared or tried to comfort us and make us comfortable again! We simply asked for a room change and couldn't get that! I haven’t had any sleep in an entire week and my babies are genuinely scared! There is a huge gap under the ac unit in the room which they have been informed about the general manager has been informed and he said he was “taking notes” he was asked again if we could be moved to another room and they still declined and refused! The door to the room does not even meet the ground! The bottom of the door does not touch the ground leaving a big gap of the outside and any rodent can easily come in that way! I will leave pics of everything Iam taking about! Me and my babies are now stuck in a room with rodents due to INTOWN SUITES negligence! The room wasn’t even clean when we checked in! It was dead bugs all in the tub and under the sink area the tub was not cleaned at all there was a black ring around the tub as if someone had just taken a bath right before we checked in.! They told us we can either leave or stay. their exact words! DO NOT COME BERE THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT! This is not right man!
