InTown Suites NASA

Have stayed at other InTown suites recently and needed to move to this location, for job purposes and tried booking online which said reservation was made, but somehow got cancelled, and no rooms were available. However their daytime manager, Laura, who is amazing and attentive, took our number in case of a cancellation and called us that evening because they had a room become available!! She’s been nothing but accommodating and understanding and 100% helpful with our experience here. She definitely goes above and beyond for her residents. Positive attitude and smiles!

I lived here for more than a month in room 330. It is a great location---the management is nice. It is clean and quiet. Laura at the front desk was amazing, polite and did a great job making sure guests were comfortable. Ms Dawn and Mr Brandon were equally great, they were always on top of things and made sure the guests adhered to the rules of the hotel. I have stayed in numerous hotels but I stayed here the longest. I was glad I chose this place, the location was great, safe and the staff were always available to assist me even after the office was closed. Thank you Dawn, Laura and Brandon. You all make a great team.

Laura has been very attentive listening to my questions and concerns. She has shown great customer service for myself and (other guests after speaking to them) to ensure our stay here is accommodating and enjoyable! Laura also helped me at the InTown Pasadena location! The Staff at Webster are great and a main reason I have stayed longer than I originally planned. Best wishes to the Staff, Thank You!!!

I really like this In Town Suites. It's in a great area and the accommodations are great for the price. The room is quiet and clean. I like having a kitchen because it saves me money on takeout, but when I do decide to splurge on some good eats there are so many restaurants nearby to choose from! Customer service here is top notch and Laura at the front desk is very kind and super helpful.

Nice area. I actually like this location. The only thing I don’t like about it is the amount of rust stains. Especially in the restroom showers. But I was thankful to Ms. Laura at the front desk for being patient with me and allowing me to look at a few rooms to decide which one I liked best. And I was also very appreciative of the young, Black woman, whose name I forgot, but she was kind enough to call my room to let me know that backing your vehicle into the parking spaces is prohibited, even though I failed to pay heed to the signs that told us this. I had been backing it in a few days before she had finally notified me, and I just wasn’t paying attention to the obvious posted signs. But she was a sweetheart for giving me a warning before attempting to have my vehicle towed. Greatly appreciated… Over all, the customer service was superb, and I’d be willing to come back as long as I can have another room without all the rust stains… 😩😩😩
