Great prices, great location. Very friendly staff. Sherrelle is the manager at the West Oaks location and is super friendly and helpful. This our favorite InTown Extended Stay Suites out of the few we've stayed in, in the past. Especially because of if her, and the staf. Laundry room is nice and clean and very spacious with vending machine. Enough room to do may loads of laundry and prices for them and the vending machine is very affordable My family of 4 is staying here while our new place is being renovated, which is taking quite a while, so it's perfect the weekly rate with kitchen, full size bathtub and alll. the meantime

PLEASE READ.......I came here in a time of need. The morning I came to the hotel I was very emotional and upset but and when I walked into the hotel my attitude was very draining and you could see I was going through it. Tanya most of saw it in my body language and my time because she didn't have a room available but knew someone was checking out soon and did everything to help me n my family. I sat n my car crying because as a mother I didn't want to be n a hotel room but I was grateful to at least have somewhere to put my kids at. She made sure to stay in communication with me until the room was ready, showed me the room before getting it and introduce me to the housekeeper. She outlined everything I needed to go and keep Incase my stay was going to be for a few months. When I went into the office I felt small but she made me feel safe and comfortable from the first conversation. The room has been great and there is no noise complaints. My kids are satisfied and happy to come back here after school everyday. I don't see roaches and there is enough space to buy the groceries and put our clothes n clothes so we don't have to run back n forward to the trunk. Everything working in the room and my experience here as been great and I'm this company is lucky to have a staff like her that understands the business and cares about people. I am very sure she's the reason people stay and come back because her personality and attention to detail are a great combination. Thank you so much Tanya I mean this from The bottom of my heart

Great customer service was given to me through my stay at this hotel. I was in desperate need of a room when I arrived to Huston and all hotels were booked. Thankfully sherelle F. was able to book me a room right away with great price ranges that fit my budget. She was patient through the whole process. Plus having chaos going around she maintained the situation very well.

I have been staying here over 2 months and I am delighted with the service and the rooms. anytime I need something they are always there to make sure I am ok!!! Ms. Sherelle is so sweet and nice and she welcomes you with a warmth and if she can she will and she goes over and beyond and she treats you with respect and godliness, she treats my kids as if they are apart of her family and my kids love it here I recommend staying here especially if you have no where to go and the prices are great and reasonable. Also it is so convenient to shopping and eating places.
