Great prices, great location. Very friendly staff. Sherrelle is the manager at the West Oaks location and is super friendly and helpful. This our favorite InTown Extended Stay Suites out of the few we've stayed in, in the past. Especially because of if her, and the staf. Laundry room is nice and clean and very spacious with vending machine. Enough room to do may loads of laundry and prices for them and the vending machine is very affordable My family of 4 is staying here while our new place is being renovated, which is taking quite a while, so it's perfect the weekly rate with kitchen, full size bathtub and alll. the meantime

Sherelle F., the General Manager, is truly one of a kind. She has been such a kind-hearted, dependable, and caring person to both me and my son. She is always there to help and goes above and beyond for everyone staying here. Thanks to her, the InTown Suites property is safe, quiet, calm, and very clean, with amazing service. You can see how hard she works every single day to ensure guests have the most enjoyable stay possible. I absolutely love my room—it’s clean, spacious, and cozy, and it truly feels like my home away from home. Thank you, Ms. Sherelle, for your incredible hospitality, dedication, and care. You are truly the best part of this property.

I didn't think I was going to like it bc I had such a horrible experience from the intown suites on 5055 hwy 6 north but I was wrong bc this place is the exact opposite of that nasty, Disgusting place. The intown suites at 3000 hwy 6 south in houston Tx 77082 is very clean, newly renovated and the staff are absolutely amazing. Im so glad I gave them a chance. I highly recommend this location, not to be confused with the hell hole at 5055 hwy 6 north,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION. If you are looking for an affordable, clean and quiet place to stay then put this address in your GPS, 3000 hwy 6 south and enjoy your stay!

Only thing good here was house keeping Not sure if she still works here but she was always sweet. But this place is horrible and dangerous. I was sexually assaulted and management didn’t seem to care. Even told me i didn’t have need to call the cops because they guy that groped me was going to get kicked out. (well I did call the cops anyway) I’ve witnessed homeless ppl harass my friends on property and shoot up drugs. I’ve seen someone get jumped by 20 men on property (which I still have on video) One of the staff was stealing from people’s rooms until he got fired. I can go on with stories. DO NOT COME HERE. Also the place is roach infested like crazy.

Mrs. Sherelle F. consistently provides excellent service at the hotel. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help guests. Her attention to detail and positive attitude make a big difference in the guest experience.
