I had a very concerning experience staying at this InTown Suites location. I placed a clear sign on my door stating “Do Not Enter – No Room Service – Personal Property Inside.” Despite this notice, staff entered my room while I was away. As a paying guest, I expect a basic level of privacy and respect for my personal belongings. Ignoring a guest’s request not to enter their room raises serious concerns about guest privacy and the security of personal property. I strongly recommend management review their policies and ensure employees respect “Do Not Disturb / Do Not Enter” signs. Guests should be able to feel confident that their rooms and belongings are secure when they leave.

It is a very convenient location stores and restaurants all in walking distance it is a Heb next door and much more it feels very safe I have not had any problems and everyone seems to be friendly rooms have everything you need for an extended stay and tons of storage and plenty of plugs lady in office is nice and seems to run a tight ship so she will not let any foolishness go on. It is very affordable as well. I definitely recommend

So far it's OK. The room are small. The regular lady at the office is COOL. She is very upfront and dos not allow nor condene any mischief which makes me feel safe. Laundry room works good. There are Grocery Stores, walgreens, gas stations, also several eatery places within walking distance. So I will give them a 7 on the motel scale. Have a great time.

Insane that they won't answer the phone at these locations. You can book a reservation online and they won't even have the room available, and instead of being able to talk to someone who works at the office, they want you to drive there so they can charge you 200$ over what you booked online. Complete scam.

It's okay. It's safe. Office manager is okay. She don't play. And well respected. It was some issues be seen does her best to address all issues. A lot of families here and everyone looks out down one another.
