My stay at InTown Suites near IAH Airport has been a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, especially being close to the airport, food spots, and main roads. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and set up perfectly for extended stays, which made things a lot easier for me. What really stood out was the staff — they were professional, respectful, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed something. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe, which is important when you’re staying somewhere longer-term. Overall, InTown Suites IAH provides great value, a stress-free environment, and solid customer service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable extended-stay option in the Houston area

I originally booked a one week stay based on the photos on the booking.com site with the intention of staying an additional 3 weeks. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the it smelled of cigarettes. I asked the front office and they said that's the only available room. I stayed one night and checked out the following day since I couldn't tolerate the smell. Front office staff tried to get me a refund or transfer to another property but I had already booked a another place. Needless to say I had very little confidence that their other location would have been much better I'm hoping I can post photos so you can judge how yourself.

This place is horrible. There are roaches running around, the room was very dirty .The whole place smells bad. Of smoke, cigarettes. They have mold in the rooms . They have springs coming out there mattress. The toilet was broken also . Everything was falling apart in the room . People hanging all outside in the parking lot...Which very dangerous place. I reported the issue to the manager Anthony. He refused to help me, was very disrespectful !!! Stay away from this place!!! The State Department Needs To Be Called

Like a few others, I read the reviews. My family and I stayed here in 2005, it was adequate for our needs. Then, last August, we needed a place, so I revisited In Town. Reviews were negative, but the price was attractive. I can't express my satisfaction overall, staff, other guests, rooms, and service, it has been a comfort to stay here. We, sadly, are relocating and I'm gonna miss this place. I've never felt unsafe or threatened, everyone acknowledges each other. It's more community than hotel. Thank you to Hailey, Anthony, and Keisha, you made us feel like family. Oh, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, noise is minimal, and only two reports of parking lot vandalism. That was back in November. We've been here since August. Great job!
