I have been here for a few months and I have enjoyed my stay. Front desk worker Mr Michael is awesome. He's very kind and knowledgeable, easy to talk too, and he never meets a stranger. Housekeeping is great, she's a joy whenever you see her, I love Ms Ashley. She's damn good with her work and her attention to detail. My room is nice, although I paid for a upgraded room, it didn't have the sofa bed, but it's still nice and in order, I do my share on keeping my room neat and clean as well. I'd most definitely refer this location to family and friends, as they make you feel like family, being right here.

This review is long overdue! We stayed at this InTown Suites for a few months after a member of a family member died and the staff was amazing! All the managers worked hard and were incredibly kind but Tanya White truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a room that we were satisfied with! I should've posted this review back in February or March but I never forgot Tanya, I just forgot to do the review. Tanya needs a pay raise and a promotion.

Made a reservation for a two family members whom moved in from out of town. Stop in to move in on the 13th of the month. Walked into the office to move in. Spoke to the bitter Clark that was working the counter. They cancelled the reservation for no reason at all. They Price increase at the drop of Hat. I sat in my car, and watched one of the employees do a room check. As he did so he intered the room that was on the reservation. The clark stated the room was rented out already.......

This place feels comfortable in and out. Very well kept. Those that complain of strict...I have just not seen this. I see most of the rules benefiting your stay and safety. Highly recommend.

Well you don’t want this kind of rooms! Suggest you try another place? Cheap but not everything is working or nice. It’s not upgraded just oldest rooms available now couldn’t get upgrades all full everywhere!
