InTown Suites – Houston 290 Fairbanks features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in Houston. The property is around 9 km from CityCentre, 12 km from Houston Arboretum and Nature Center and 13 km from Memorial Park. The property is 14 km from The Galleria and 15 km from the Williams Water Wall. Certain rooms here will provide you with a kitchenette. The kitchenette is complete with a refrigerator and microwave. All guest rooms will provide guests with a private bathroom with a shower. Lakewood Church Central Campus is 16 km from the hotel. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is 22 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the front office has limited hours of operation. Guests scheduled to arrive after 19:00 must contact the property directly to arrange check in. If arriving after the office closes, the reservation will be processed prior to arrival and the room keys and paperwork will be left with an onsite Courtesy Officer. Contact information for the Courtesy Officer is clearly posted on the property office door. The front office is open Monday through Saturday 11:00 - 19:00. Please note there is a nightly fee of USD 25.00 for guests paying in cash, or a weekly deposit of USD 100.00 for weekly/monthly guests paying in cash.

I have been put on a DNR do not rent. And corporate or no one can tell me why or what I did. I left with no complaints from property management or was never asked to leave. I have emailed corporate and they can not answer my question but to say I violated company policy. But no date or reason. Think it was by mistake and once you are on apparently its permanent. This is ridiculous. I know I did nothing wrong even spoke with last manager and he did not put me on it.

My room was 25 yards from Highway 290. Deafening at all times of night & day. Requested a weather strip/sound barrier for the door - never happened. Two many drug addicts. Temporary staff did nothing about it. Even allowing the return of a guest who stabbed another! Temp staff overcharged me twice! Even cancelling my stay when I was rushed to hospital after collapsing. Then they increased my weekly long stay fee to reflect a new booking despite staying over after 13 weeks already paid for! Come back soon Dominique. You’re sorely missed as the manager.

When arriving for my week long stay, the office was closed at 6:58. I looked around the entire building for help, and ended up finding a RESIDENT to tell me they closed at 7. Keep in mind I was at the door before 7. When I called they told me they closed at 6, even tho the confirmation email said check in was from 11pm- 7pm. THEN I changed my check in date to the next day and they attempted to charge me THE SAME EXACT AMOUNT. Big grifting happening here. I stayed in my car last night. WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE EVER.

I enjoyed my stay here the rooms and everything were well put together all because of the manager Dominique Williams. She was very welcoming and made my stay here smooth sailing.
