I checked into this place last Saturday. I had been staying down the road, but I was Not comfortable there I had to ride an elevator to get to the room. Sometimes it took a little while at this location. The stairs are right in front of my room. I’m able to come and go as I please, without getting frowned upon because I am coming and going. The rooms are super clean. I was given the opportunity to check the room out before I even rented it. I will be staying again next week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s a old hotel but it can work if you are in bad situation and trying to save some money I was staying in different motels and honestly I like this better. I got the cheapest traditional room they have under $200 for week. That may be the lowest price in the Houston. It’s in the third floor and near the stairs and elevator. Room is small and old But works for a single person Slower works great and hot water Ac seems to be old but working fine both cold and hot. overall clean One stove work other don’t Deep fridge work but fridge don’t seems to work I’m eating outside so it’s ok with me It’s a wooden floor so unlike dirty carpet in onther Motels it’s good They do have cockroaches problem and I have see n under the sink, on the table, ceiling But I can handle those I keep throwing them in the toilet and flushing them out. Mattress is clean and they do not have bedbugs at least in my room. That’s good. They have wifi fast 100+ mbps You can hear some noise from the freeway and birds in the morning But nothing drama or loud people on the premises they all seems to mind their own business Car park seems to be ok no vandalism Like I said hotel is not luxury but you can’t beat the price If you are looking for the place to crash, take a slower, then it can work for you. Overall 5 star

I will start with good to uplift and encourage the owner of this property to hear its consumers out. The price is fair along with the location. All tenants mind their own business, premises is clean on the outside and it’s pretty quiet. Trash is taken on a fair schedule and maintenance interacts and do the best they can due to the “policy”. I’m scheduled to stay for 1 week until my home is move in ready. However I’m currently looking to leave this property early due to the uncleanliness on the inside of the room I was given. I arrived at 11 am for “check in” got redirected to come back in an hour due to “cleaning”. Come back after time passed, I received my room key. When I walked in the room the floor wasn’t thoroughly swept. Room had an odor from rodents and possible smoke. It’s uncomfortable staying here when you never know when a rodent may pop out. Afraid to eat on the inside of my room simply because rodents come from EVERY angle in my assigned room. The curtains have stains and holes in them with no seen urgency to replace or wash. It’s FILTHY on the inside and it’s very concerning for others health. Property owner and management company needs to buckle down on this matter. It seems roach infested.

I made a reservation at this location on January 5th for a week stay, starting on January 9th. I cancelled the reservation on January 7th. On January 8th, 2 payments of $34.13 were withdrawn from my account by Intown Suites for 2 reservations. On January 8th, I went to the Greenspoint location and spoke with the GM, Mr. Ronald on this matter. He mentioned that there's nothing he could do and gave me a 800# to call in which I did and spoke with a young lady who did file 3 different refund claims in between January 8th and as of February 18th? Have communicated with Mr. Ronald in between this time frame still nothing on my refund? This transaction is UNACCEPTABLE not just toward my integrity as a customer but also as I'm a Army War Veteran!

Its nice, it's not the Ritz Carlton. The General Manager Ronald is awesome. People keep to themselves, it's by the freeway so. But overall for the price it's very good. No cockroaches at all. Look for rates on trivago etc u can get a week cheaper, if u go by day u pay double.
