My stay has been ok. The rooms are out of date and housekeeping can do a better job when it comes to cleaning the bathroom they do not clean the tub nor clean the toilet. Since I am clean I do it myself. The office management Ramish has been very helpful.

Need to provide towels and have free laundry machines available. Call BBB if you can't take a 6am or 10 am walk because it's considered loitering. Also email or call the In Town Suites CEO to get documents in writing to use as leverage.

They have bad laundry service do your laundry at a house or laundromat. They say me and my daughter walking around the property is loitering when really we are walking for our blood sugar lowering exercise. Honestly Ramesh is unfair. They need to replace towels in rooms also.

Rooms are disgusting filled with roaches and grime/dirt from not cleaning rooms/walls properly. If you are a smoker they complain about your "ashes" being outside. They do have ONE sign saying do not throw cigarette butts on the ground but they do not provide a place for you to throw your butts away which makes absolutely no sense. The TV was showing a blue color to the screen when I originally checked in and I was told that I would get a new TV but here it is my 3rd week here and I have yet to get another TV. There's gaps between the doors which provides an entry way for bugs/smells to enter your room from outside. The mattreses are severely stained. I had an accident while sleeping and advised the General Manager of the accident which damaged the mattress cover, and instead of the GM advising me that I would have to "pay" for another one, he provided me with a Notice of Violation days later basically terminating my stay for the following week. I would definitely suggest anyone to stay at another property because this one lacts proper customer service etiquette and makes up their own rules/policies as they go.

**UPDATE (3/17/25)**The manager responded and said that he offered me a different room and that everything was taken care of as far as my complaints were concerned. He NEVER offered another room. I told him about the roaches, stained carpets and rusted shower head. He said he’d look into it but the only thing that was addressed were the roaches because Orkin came for pest control. It did not help, I still went thru 3 bottles of Zevo. If all of my concerns would’ve been taken care of (especially the roaches!), I wouldn’t have left such a scathing review: Enter at your own risk. The room I was in (134) had roaches of all sizes. Mainly small ones but the day before I left, I saw a HUGE cockroach that was several inches long. There is a stale odor that comes out of the vents of the air conditioner that had all types of nasty sticky stuff on each vent. I went through 3 bottles of roach spray, all to no avail. There were large stains on the rugs. The shower head was so rusted out that I couldn’t even take a shower. Nasty brown stains on the walls. And this was supposedly a “premium renovated room”. I originally bought some pots and pans to cook my food in. But after seeing a roach in the refrigerator and even more crawling on and around the refrigerator, I ate takeout food only. They tell you no smoking in the rooms. But expect you to keep a room that’s already dirty, clean. On the positive side: it was a quiet community, people minded their business and spoke to me if we were passing each other. The internet connection is very slow and weak to the point I couldn’t even do my job. If you don’t mind the roaches and stale air that comes out of the vents of that molded air conditioning unit, I’m sure you’ll feel at home. Just invest in some bug spray. I sprayed so much that the room will probably always have a strong chemical scent that, if inhaled on a daily basis like I had to do, will probably make you sick like it almost did to me. If I could upload the pics and videos I captured of everything I just mentioned, I would. Lucky for Intown Suites, I can’t.
