My stay has been ok. The rooms are out of date and housekeeping can do a better job when it comes to cleaning the bathroom they do not clean the tub nor clean the toilet. Since I am clean I do it myself. The office management Ramish has been very helpful.

Need to provide towels and have free laundry machines available. Call BBB if you can't take a 6am or 10 am walk because it's considered loitering. Also email or call the In Town Suites CEO to get documents in writing to use as leverage.

Honestly the room is not the best the chairs and couch are pretty beat up could use a good painting new mattress new chair and sofa but everything worked the staff is super friendly from the young man who checked you in housekeeping supervisor I am on the 3rd floor I am assuming they service certain floors every day my service for housekeeping and pest control is on Monday not optional which is okay by me that is how you root our hoarders who harness cockroaches and other pest that none of us like I would have given 4 stars in general but the bad furniture made me lowered it a bit and for the 55+ million viewers who see my reviews here and know me I don't want you to check in and them blame me God bless you all please follow me at crglobalbrands to request your free bibles and support by giving a like as always thank you enjoy your stay here or see my other reviews to see other places nearby like Wyndgate on the other corner who I gave 4 stars with free breakfast and all Bye

my room has roaches and i am being told i have to stay in this room and get NO REFUND because the room is -AS IS !!! I did a walk through with video and there was no roaches i then came back two hours later and there was roaches on the ceilings, in the tubs , on the plugs , in my shoes every where . i have multiple time stamped videos all through out the night of me killing roaches . I had no alternatives just was blew off by the front desk i have been spraying raid all night sufficating my kids and no one has no care or assistance or even any type of sincere aplogies but MAINTENCE . As is does not mean i have to live with roaches thats just wrong and inhumane . Front desk has no care or concern . Its truly unfair i would not refer this room to anyone yes its affordable but i guess you pay for roaches smh i should have went somewhere else in this situation cheaper is not better . I stepped my feet in my shoes and two roaches came out i am literally disgusted in here !!!!! I want a refund and to get my kids somewhere clean i wish they could get 0 stars .

They have bad laundry service do your laundry at a house or laundromat. They say me and my daughter walking around the property is loitering when really we are walking for our blood sugar lowering exercise. Honestly Ramesh is unfair. They need to replace towels in rooms also.
