Johnetta and Arnez were our servers for brunch and their service was top tier! Tryston the manager was so accommodating! He took such good care of us for our weekend stay! The brunch at the restaurant downstairs was AMAZING! The balcony view from room 335 was gorgeous at night! Every staff member from housekeeping to valet greeted us with a smile and were friendly and attentive! We will surely be back!

Fantastic hotel with an even better staff. The shuttle was super convenient and Alex was great. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. Alejandro was great. Rooms were nice and very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Houston by IHG! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in seamless and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with modern amenities that made relaxing after a long day easy. The location is excellent — walking distance to the MDA Medical Center and close to Rice University and the Houston Zoo, which made exploring the area super convenient. The onsite restaurant and bar offered great food and drinks, and the outdoor pool was a refreshing bonus. I also appreciated the free shuttle service around the local area. Overall, a top-notch hotel with great service, comfort, and convenience. I would like to thank Abdulaziz and Abdul for the kindness. Highly recommend!

I’m disappointed to be writing this review because I had high expectations for Le Petit Chef and chose it to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the level of service you would expect for a special occasion. When we arrived, the tablecloth had visible dirt all over it. Although the waiter noticed us trying to wipe it down ourselves, there was little urgency to correct the issue. Throughout the dinner, our water and wine glasses were rarely refilled unless we asked, and at one point we went from the second course to the end of the third course with completely empty glasses. The timing between courses also felt unusually long, which made the evening drag rather than feel enjoyable and well-paced. What’s most disappointing is that I sent a detailed email to the restaurant after my visit to give them an opportunity to address the situation privately, but never received a response. Good service includes how concerns are handled after the fact, and the lack of communication only added to the frustration. I truly wanted to love this experience, especially for a birthday dinner, but the service fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their guest experience and follow-up communication.

One of the elite hotels in Houston. The area was super convenient and the hotel staff were more than welcoming and accommodating. The onsite restaurant was very nice and friendly staff accompanied the restaurant. The onsite bar is very good as well and you can order from a separate menu or from the restaurant selections as well. Each and every staff member we met was friendly and genuine in all dealings with the restaurant and hotel. We will definitely stay here again any and every time we visit Houston. We arrived and visited in order to go to see the Houston Texans. The hotel does offer a shuttle service and pick up once scheduled through a few clicks of an app. Great staff once again in any and all dealings with the shuttle service.
