We were pretty disappointed with our stay here. When we first arrived in the room it smelled of smoke, when we called the front desk the phone didn’t work so we went down to the front. They were polite and sent in cleaners to spray the room. Unfortunately, future inspecting we noticed stains on the sheets and bugs in the bathroom. They politely moved us to a new room. Overall the rooms are outdated and could use a good deep cleaning and new linen. The staff are very polite and location is close to the airport as we only stayed here the last night of our trip to be close to the airport.

Great hotel if you like sewage dripping on you when you sleep. Woke up at 230AM to water coming from the ceiling. Smelled bad of sewage. Front desk couldn't get me a new key made for another room so I had to wait for a manager to come down. Finally got into another room by 345. The problem was definitely preexisting because there was water damage on the ceiling when we first checked in. Anyone coming here stay out of room 120. Or just don't stay here. The overpriced and under portioned restaurant also charges you an 18% gratuity charge even when you dine alone. The menu states it only gets charged on parties of 6+. That's a lie.

I was disappointed with this place because every other Hyatt I stayed at was top-notch. I was traveling for business, but if I was traveling with my family I would be hugely disappointed. Lots left to be desired here. The hotel has a very dated look/feeling. Straight out of 1965. Old carpet in the room. No microwave in the room 🤷 I had a view of some kind of concrete parking structure or something, but it wasn't pretty. Looking out the window was depressing. The parking lot security was so intense I had to wonder if there was something about that area that I should know? Final straw is they charged $22 for the same continental breakfast you get at practically every other hotel in the USA for this price point. That was actually my final straw!I ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else. The gym was pretty nice though.

The lady running the bar the the night we arrived at 10pm was amazing she was the waitress, host, bartender, oh and the receptionist was polite and the $50.00 stay was reasonable for extra hours stay to 5pm other than that this hotel needs an overhaul . Hotel of this status should take better care of their customers and invest in a generator elderly people could not walk down stairs when elevators not working; no lights power out; no food to serve the customers, charging for snacks and food, for those who were stranded with no way until the flights were up again. buckets out in the lobby from the water coming in from the roof ridiculous ,pitiful Hotel of this status should not have this going on Refund I need to be accommodated for my inconvenience

I wanted to like this hotel more than I actually did. The hotel is nice but a little on the old side. The rooms were nice and spacious. They are also a little outdated with the popcorn ceilings. Our room was also a little dirty when we arrived. There was some food crumbs on the floor, and what I think was a booger, on the bathroom door handle. The staff and service was amazing. They made us feel welcome. The amenities were excellent. The pool/jacuzzi area was awesome. The weight room was nice also. There is a business/computer room also. But no complementary breakfast. We arrived Wednesday and left on Sunday. The hotel was nice and quiet until Friday night when the party crowd showed up. Friday and Saturday night people were running up and down the halls, shouting and yelling late into the night, at least until 10:30-11:00pm. It almost sounded like people were fighting. I was happy that they had a security guard in the parking lot. In the end it was a nice place, but I don't think I would stay there again. I think it might be slightly overpriced for the experience. 4 stars.
