We were pretty disappointed with our stay here. When we first arrived in the room it smelled of smoke, when we called the front desk the phone didn’t work so we went down to the front. They were polite and sent in cleaners to spray the room. Unfortunately, future inspecting we noticed stains on the sheets and bugs in the bathroom. They politely moved us to a new room. Overall the rooms are outdated and could use a good deep cleaning and new linen. The staff are very polite and location is close to the airport as we only stayed here the last night of our trip to be close to the airport.

The lady running the bar the the night we arrived at 10pm was amazing she was the waitress, host, bartender, oh and the receptionist was polite and the $50.00 stay was reasonable for extra hours stay to 5pm other than that this hotel needs an overhaul . Hotel of this status should take better care of their customers and invest in a generator elderly people could not walk down stairs when elevators not working; no lights power out; no food to serve the customers, charging for snacks and food, for those who were stranded with no way until the flights were up again. buckets out in the lobby from the water coming in from the roof ridiculous ,pitiful Hotel of this status should not have this going on Refund I need to be accommodated for my inconvenience

Hotel seemed old and run down. During our stay there were people yelling and running up and down the halls from 9pm and were still at it at 6am. Inside the room while trying to sleep every door closing in the hallway can be heard. Rooms need some serious sound proofing. Room was fairly clean except for the bathroom where someone left “something” on the wall by the light switch. Want a Coke or Pepsi product? Don’t look in the vending machines on each floor because you won’t find it. Really the best positive is the shuttle to and from the hotel and its proximity to the airport. There isn’t much to do around the hotel. Limited food/shopping venues. I do NOT recommend this hotel and we will look to stay elsewhere in the future.

This hotel needs to be shut down. I'll be making some health code calls this week. The room was very dirty and a very bad misrepresentation of the Hyatt name. We came in for a funeral. First off the point that we did not get the extra things we requested in the reservation and then called down to get the extra items. My husband went to the front desk so many times they owe us to have even stayed at the hotel. The tub and sink had built up gunk in the drain. And the mirror was rusted. The biggest issue we ran into in the morning was that they HAVE some serious electrical issues. The blow dryer could not be on with the TV or the iron at the same time. You could only use one at a time, or it would pop, and you'd have to use the reset button to get it to turn back on. The light switch at the front door has to be on for you to be able to turn the TV on. I really think this is a front hotel for other types of activities. They offer room service, but they don't answer the phone because they said they don't have the time to take the order. So again, my husband went down to order food only to have missing items, and then a man came back to the restaurant stating he received items that did not belong to him. It was our food. This was an absolute disaster and disappointment. I'll definitely be calling Corporate and the health department. This will not go undone. The circumstances were well known why we were in town and this was just added stress after driving 7hrs. Hyatt, you need to do better and get this hotel off your name or get it CLEANED UP AND UP TO CODE.

Jon at the desk was so kind, coming off such a rough day I was actually crying because it meant so much to me. It's an older hotel very close to the airport with shuttle service so most of their business seems to be business travelers. It's a really unique design where the room windows over-look lobby and restaurant. It was clean and functional and we slept very well. We would happily return because 90% of the staff here was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They honored globalist with an upgrade without being asked and were absolutely phenomenal with our interactions.
