Just finished 4 nights here. Was worried about the valet because of the reviews, but every valet person was fantastic for me, my wife, and daughter. Skylor was great and friendly to check in with once we arrived after a long day of travel. Gladys also went well above and beyond to help my wife and I get everything we needed for our room with our daughter! There was a Brazilian lady at the breakfast buffet who was also extremely friendly that our daughter loved! Highly recommend this hotel for the great location and excellent customer service we experienced, especially for not being in the downtown area.

I almost never leave hotel reviews—most places are just “fine”—but this stay was a level above. First off, the valet staff was awesome. I didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly, helpful, and made a great first impression. The room itself was clean, modern, and even smelled nice, which I really appreciated. My only tiny complaint is that while there is water in the room, it’s only complimentary if you’re a Hyatt premier member. Not a big deal, just worth noting. The location is a 10/10, especially if you plan on shopping at the Galleria. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

My hubby and I came here for a quick 2 night stay and loved it! We will definitely be back. Its in a great location, lots of walkable restaurants and things to do. Very comfortable beds, impeccably clean rooms and great customer service. 1 note to make: we ordered room service and it took about 45 minutes to arrive then my order was incorrect so they ended up remaking it for me but it took another 45 minutes. They said it happened because they were making so many orders. But I appreciate them fixing it for me.

Every member of the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, we even got a delicious margarita while waiting for our room. The restaurant team, in particular, deserves praise for their outstanding service during breakfast, which featured truly high-quality food. Both the front desk staff, who were very helpful, and the courteous valet parking gentlemen contributed to a fantastic overall experience. The rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds and very clean as well. And the location was the best, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Business stay. Clean and modern hotel. The food was good overall, though breakfast could have been better. The gym could also use a refresh — it would be great to see a Peloton bike added. Also not a fan of Keurig coffee machines; I’d much prefer to see Nespresso.
