Just finished 4 nights here. Was worried about the valet because of the reviews, but every valet person was fantastic for me, my wife, and daughter. Skylor was great and friendly to check in with once we arrived after a long day of travel. Gladys also went well above and beyond to help my wife and I get everything we needed for our room with our daughter! There was a Brazilian lady at the breakfast buffet who was also extremely friendly that our daughter loved! Highly recommend this hotel for the great location and excellent customer service we experienced, especially for not being in the downtown area.

I almost never leave hotel reviews—most places are just “fine”—but this stay was a level above. First off, the valet staff was awesome. I didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly, helpful, and made a great first impression. The room itself was clean, modern, and even smelled nice, which I really appreciated. My only tiny complaint is that while there is water in the room, it’s only complimentary if you’re a Hyatt premier member. Not a big deal, just worth noting. The location is a 10/10, especially if you plan on shopping at the Galleria. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

I appreciated the wait staff, the hostess, and the entire crew. They were always smiling and ready to speak to me. High end experience, all around. I wanted something from the coffee bar fridge but the coffee bar was already shut down for the night. Someone was ready and willing to open the register for me. Awesome service.

I would give a five-star rating as my stay here and the service was great, but receiving a notification from my bank that I was double charged by valet upon leaving was displeasing to see. Please ensure that your staff processes the refund I was promised otherwise I will contact my bank to resolve this issue. Pros • Walking distance to The Galleria Mall, other shopping centers and several great restaurants. • About 22-25 minutes from Hobby Airport. Cons • Cost to park • Phone in the hotel room did not work. • Valet does not seem to be structured here. It takes a long time for them to retrieve your vehicle. They were very kind though.

My hubby and I came here for a quick 2 night stay and loved it! We will definitely be back. Its in a great location, lots of walkable restaurants and things to do. Very comfortable beds, impeccably clean rooms and great customer service. 1 note to make: we ordered room service and it took about 45 minutes to arrive then my order was incorrect so they ended up remaking it for me but it took another 45 minutes. They said it happened because they were making so many orders. But I appreciate them fixing it for me.
