My son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic and it was conveniently located to any amenity we needed. Sheena was fantastic in helping us get a refund for having to leave a day early. Highly recommend.

My main complaint is housekeeping starts knocking on your door at 8 AM and then walks in. If you’re coming from the West Coast that’s 6 AM. And it is four hours before checkout at 12. I wasn’t able to fall back to sleep. But other than that, the hotel is great. I would just recommend that they check with the front desk who was checked out and not just knock every door in the hallway all morning.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for my son’s college graduation over Mothers Day weekend and had several rooms for our family. Everything was great from start to finish. The rooms were nice, and the suite was really comfortable. My dad has Parkinson’s and needed a lift chair delivered, and the hotel staff received it and had it set up in his suite before he arrived. That meant so much to us. The service was impeccable, and everyone was so helpful and kind. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great. We are in Houston for medical reasons. I was having surgery the next day. We found them late in the afternoon and conveniently located very close to MD Anderson. The room was very nice. It was clean. It had a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. They have a pool and I notice that they are handicap hydraulic chair for the pool. They have a workout room. They have breakfast. The common area is very nice also. The parking lot area is also very clean. We had asked for a room on the first floor. They actually took the time to look if one was available and there was one and they gave it to us. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Wonderful experience.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We requested the quiet side and we heard no road noise. Emily at the front desk provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. She's a true gem.
