She is very customer centric and knowledgeable with all the property issues. She perfectly handled all my parking and lease concerns with clear information. It is a peaceful community with great and quick maintenance.

The apartment itself was nice. The water being shut off several times a month sometimes without any notification. The excuse is regular maintenance, my water was off more than 13 times in the 13 months I was there. That coupled with my downstairs neighbors dog constantly barking all hours of the day and night sometimes before 7am and after 10pm at times. Emailed management multiple times with no rectification. Even made a report to local PD for noise ordinance. This made it uncomfortable the entire time I lived here. Attempted to discuss me ending my 14 month lease 1 month early after several complaints about the excessive dog barking. I asked the property manager if we could not be penalized for moving out 1 month early of my 14 month lease which was to end Jan 13 as I relocated December 1 after advising them more than a month prior about my expected move. My total move out being billed is almost 4k with literally 1 month remaining of my lease. Never been late with rent or had any issues during my time. I asked several times for a district manager or supervisor to discuss this with no response from property managers or to my emails. Unit 327 ….. not to mention unit 323 still to this day has a dog barking excessively that can be heard all the way on the third floor from a 1st floor unit. Don’t forget tires being stolen REPEATEDLY literally ALL THE TIME leaving your vehicle on bricks

The manager Rosmary is incredibly professional and friendly, and she will make the entire experience at Helix so enjoyable. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re thinking about moving, I highly recommend Helix!

Look at the recent reply for the latest 1 star review. Theyre using chat gpt. They even forgot to add in the name of their own complex, how sad. By the time most people will see this they will go back and edit it. So incompetent. Update they went back and edited the review from mister no. As you can see it says edited. It just shows that the office shows little regard in actually addressing issues. Just putting on a front.
