We had a fantastic experience touring this complex, thanks to Karina. She was incredibly patient and considerate, taking the time to show us multiple apartments so we could truly understand the different floor plans available. It’s rare to find someone so willing to go the extra mile! The apartments themselves are spacious and very well-planned, and the locality is excellent. Highly recommend asking for Karina if you’re looking for a new home!

We’ve been living at Helix Apartments for about 1.5 years, and our experience has been great. The community is well-maintained and comfortable. What really makes Helix stand out is the staff!!! They are consistently kind, responsive, and professional. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care. A special thank-you to Esmeralda. She is absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile.We’re happy living here.

It is a very pleasant property and would definitely increase my lease. Property Manager: Karina Russell was very attentive, helpful and always easy to reach out for all the questions. She is very customer centric and knowledgeable with all the property issues. She perfectly handled all my parking and lease concerns with clear information. It is a peaceful community with great and quick maintenance.

Great management and a very well-maintained property at Helix at Med Center Apartments. Even though my stay was short-lived, it was a positive experience overall. The staff was professional and responsive, and the community is kept in excellent condition, Any maintenance issues get resolved asap! highly recommend this apartment complex — easily one of the best options out there.

The manager Rosmary is incredibly professional and friendly, and she will make the entire experience at Helix so enjoyable. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re thinking about moving, I highly recommend Helix!
