Houston Marriott Westchase

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and clean. The maid came each day but all we needed were towels and beverage supplied. The front desk folks were kind and helpful. Didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant and bar out because we were so busy. A wedding reception was held here and the room was beautiful. The food from it was very good. Everything was very festive for the occasion. The location was great that there were many things around to do. Will be back.

​My stay at the Houston Marriott Westchase has been exceptional. The hotel is very nice, and I was consistently impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property is. However, the true highlight of my visit was the breakfast service at the Republic Grill. Over the last three days, Juan and Sally went above and beyond to make my mornings enjoyable. While the Huevos Rancheros were consistently excellent, the service provided by Juan and Sally absolutely stole the show, they anticipated every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. It is rare to find such dedication, and their attentiveness truly made my entire experience unforgettable. Management, please recognize Juan and Sally for their outstanding work; they are the gold standard of hospitality!

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Perfect getaway for families, couples, single individuals. Very accommodating most of all. Thank you Jovanna for being a great manager and being a decent human being and fixing a problem for me today. My birthday trip will be special thanks to you. Can’t thank you enough !!

Exceptional Service and Beautiful Property - A Perfect Stay 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Houston Marriott Westchase for a work trip, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are immaculately maintained with modern, up-to-date furniture that looks practically brand new. You can tell they take tremendous pride in keeping everything in pristine condition—there’s virtually no wear visible anywhere, which really speaks to their attention to detail. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service, particularly from Lauren at check-in. Her passion for her work was immediately apparent, and she genuinely loves her job—it shows in everything she does. She took the time to walk us through all the hotel amenities and went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected situation. My colleague hadn’t had a reservation made, and Lauren seamlessly accommodated us, even ensuring our rooms were next to each other. This was incredibly important since we were traveling for work, and her thoughtfulness made our entire trip so much easier. The bellman was equally impressive—super friendly, extremely accommodating, and remarkably efficient. The level of service throughout the entire team was consistently excellent. These two employees deserve a raise! If you’re looking for a beautifully maintained property with a staff that genuinely cares about making your stay perfect, the Houston Marriott Westchase is an outstanding choice. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is always amazing and very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are good, the usual Marriott business level rooms. Clean and well taken care of. The gym is ok. It’s nice that they have a separate room for cardio and weights, but the equipment needs a bit of love. The bar/restaurant is amazing though because the staff are fantastic. No matter what crazy special requests we threw at them Jesus Lopez and Cristina knocked it out of the park - always ready and willing to help us out and great, friendly people. Definitely makes the stay more enjoyable.
