Exceptional Service and Beautiful Property - A Perfect Stay 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Houston Marriott Westchase for a work trip, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are immaculately maintained with modern, up-to-date furniture that looks practically brand new. You can tell they take tremendous pride in keeping everything in pristine condition—there’s virtually no wear visible anywhere, which really speaks to their attention to detail. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service, particularly from Lauren at check-in. Her passion for her work was immediately apparent, and she genuinely loves her job—it shows in everything she does. She took the time to walk us through all the hotel amenities and went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected situation. My colleague hadn’t had a reservation made, and Lauren seamlessly accommodated us, even ensuring our rooms were next to each other. This was incredibly important since we were traveling for work, and her thoughtfulness made our entire trip so much easier. The bellman was equally impressive—super friendly, extremely accommodating, and remarkably efficient. The level of service throughout the entire team was consistently excellent. These two employees deserve a raise! If you’re looking for a beautifully maintained property with a staff that genuinely cares about making your stay perfect, the Houston Marriott Westchase is an outstanding choice. I have had a few stays here now, nice clean facility. What makes my stay so special are the people. Amber and Rosa in the M Lounge truly give such a special touch to my stay. Rosa is always smiling and very attentive to needs. Amber is so caring and charismatic, she never forgets a face and treats everyone with so much love and respect. Love the trail mix bar and the tea bar provided! Many other options as well. I cannot remember her name (probably because I always see her before I’ve had my coffee) but the kind lady that works the coffee shop in the mornings is so kind I enjoy getting my morning coffee from her and the AMAZING breakfast burritos, like for real you gotta get one if you visit.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is always amazing and very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are good, the usual Marriott business level rooms. Clean and well taken care of. The gym is ok. It’s nice that they have a separate room for cardio and weights, but the equipment needs a bit of love. The bar/restaurant is amazing though because the staff are fantastic. No matter what crazy special requests we threw at them Jesus Lopez and Cristina knocked it out of the park - always ready and willing to help us out and great, friendly people. Definitely makes the stay more enjoyable.

The service we received from Karla and Glenda at the Marriott Houston Westchase was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The food was very good, but the service was even better. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and look forward to returning.

The property is very clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The overall experience reflects a high standard of quality and attention to detail. I would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Blen, Alba, and Emma in the M Club. Each of them is outstanding in kindness, customer service, professionalism, and genuine commitment to guests. Their warm attitudes and willingness to help made a meaningful difference in my stay. They consistently went above and beyond, and their positive energy and dedication are a true reflection of excellent hospitality. Because of the exceptional service and the pleasant environment, I would absolutely recommend Marriott Houston Westchase and look forward to staying here again.
