Theo was super accommodating and friendly! He made our stay way better. This location was very close to the HMNS so it was super convenient. I didn’t know about the destination credit, but it was so cool! The shuttle service is complimentary, so it was also super helpful. The drivers were so friendly too so that’s a plus. The rooms were standard hotel rooms, nothing special. I wish they were a little bit cleaner though. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay :) Thank you!

This is the worst Marriott hotel we ever stayed. The room is overdue for an update. The shower had only 30-40% of water out from the shower head and the rest water went to the tub faucet. So there was not only very small water flow from the shower head, but also the feet were soaked in the unwanted water accumulated in the tub when we were showering. The bed sheets had many wrinkles (not sure if they were changed from previous usage). Almost all fillers were on the side and conners of the down comforter for one of the two beds . The towels were quite aged too. It was very much below the expectations for an hotel room with over $500/night. Due to time constraints we had stayed in this room for that one night. Fortunately we had very good experiences at another nearby hotel for the rest of our trip.

I’ve been a Marriott member since 2011 and have never not had staff take care of us and we have status but this hotel if you want mediocre care, this is your hotel. Not to mention they’ve installed AI for calls now and it takes you FOREVER to talk to someone! Particularly Regina Hernandez the manger and the front desk she should not be allowed to greet guest! I traveled with a cake for my daughters birthday I asked if they had a cooler I could place the cake in (the party is in a few hours) we ended up placing the cake in the closet Stay at ZAZA or POST OAK Hotel yes it’s much more expensive but you get care and attention to detail!

We stayed at this hotel last year, and I gave it a 5-star review. It's still a great location with nice rooms, and a great staff, but our experience this time wasn't quite as good. We chose our room rate because it included M Club access. The first morning we went to breakfast, the hostess informed us that our room number wasn't on her list. To her credit, she got on the phone immediately and verified our room number. After breakfast, we went to the front desk and got the red card we should have been given at check-in. The next morning, the buffet wasn't ready when we went around 7:30 a.m. The dining area was littered with trash, the coffee was cold (left over from the previous day), and there were no juice dispensers. If the person whose job it was to set up didn't show, someone should have figured it out and delegated the work a little sooner. My other disappointment was the discovery that Marriott no longer provides the robe and complimentary slippers for guests. There's still a brochure in the room inviting you to relax in your robe and slippers, but no robe or slippers. Maybe it's a cost-cutting measure, which I can understand, but disappointing nevertheless.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and well thought out. There are plenty of dining options. I would recommend getting a room with "M" club access. The gym has all you need for getting in that workout while traveling.
