Everyone here has been Awesome!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is bringing a family member to MD Anderson Cancer center. The shuttle service back and forth to MD Anderson has been exceptional!! The rooms are very clean and nice. The second visit we arrived early due to our flight and they allowed us early check in. The M club has great breakfast as well as having snacks and soft drinks provided throughout the day and in the evenings serve food and desserts. Thank you Marriott . We will definitely continue booking our reservations here.

Service at this location is stellar. Every staff interaction was above and beyond. Everyone did something a little extra to make my stay even better, amd no one acted like it was extra work for them. The hotel itself is lovely, and the location was perfectly situated to the facilities I needed to access in the Med Center. The shuttle service was extra nice since I had no idea where to park. They will drop off and pickup within a 2 mile radius. It was efficient and prompt.

Theo was super accommodating and friendly! He made our stay way better. This location was very close to the HMNS so it was super convenient. I didn’t know about the destination credit, but it was so cool! The shuttle service is complimentary, so it was also super helpful. The drivers were so friendly too so that’s a plus. The rooms were standard hotel rooms, nothing special. I wish they were a little bit cleaner though. Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay :) Thank you!

Marcella in the M Club is an absolutely amazing person! She was so kind to us when I had my mom here for cancer treatments a few years ago, and remembered us when I’ve come back for my own treatments. She makes coming down so much less stressful. It’s like coming home to an old friend. You are so lucky to have her. She truly makes the hotel so much better! Keri

The staff at this location have been so kind to me and my daughter. We basically lived there for 6 months flying back and forth for medical care. Every single member of the staff have made my stressful days easier. I hope they know how appreciative we are and I will remember their kindness forever.
