Our stay here was so special! Aunjanae was the most welcoming and pleasant host, a paradigm of top-notch service and hospitality. Anything we needed, she was there, TRULY! Tito in the M Club is amazing and helped us tremendously and effortlessly. Even our housekeepers on the 23rd floor were so friendly and wanted to chat us up! We felt like we were at home, appreciate y’all!

We stayed at this hotel last year, and I gave it a 5-star review. It's still a great location with nice rooms, and a great staff, but our experience this time wasn't quite as good. We chose our room rate because it included M Club access. The first morning we went to breakfast, the hostess informed us that our room number wasn't on her list. To her credit, she got on the phone immediately and verified our room number. After breakfast, we went to the front desk and got the red card we should have been given at check-in. The next morning, the buffet wasn't ready when we went around 7:30 a.m. The dining area was littered with trash, the coffee was cold (left over from the previous day), and there were no juice dispensers. If the person whose job it was to set up didn't show, someone should have figured it out and delegated the work a little sooner. My other disappointment was the discovery that Marriott no longer provides the robe and complimentary slippers for guests. There's still a brochure in the room inviting you to relax in your robe and slippers, but no robe or slippers. Maybe it's a cost-cutting measure, which I can understand, but disappointing nevertheless.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and well thought out. There are plenty of dining options. I would recommend getting a room with "M" club access. The gym has all you need for getting in that workout while traveling.

Was highly over charged for 1night for an essential worker for the hospital. They told us that was a discounted rate. Directly across from hospital. I think they jacked the rate up due to the severe weather for the 1/24 & 1/25. I will not recommend anyone to stay anytime at all, especially when there is a bad weather related incident. If I could they would get a negative 5 review. Way over priced.

Beautiful facility, outstanding service, very nice rooms, located in the Medical Center, with an adjacent skybridge to the Methodist Hospital complex. Pricy; the mandatory $25 fee for entertainment and recreation covered a $15 discount at one of the restaurants (still pricy), admission to a local museum, and in house wi-fi. Unfortunately we were not there on vacation, but to take someone early in the morning (5:30am) via the Skybridge to Methodist Hospital for major surgery, and could not take advantage of the offers, but still had to pay for the package.
