The "Deluxe" room is fabulous! Very spacious! Love the separate tub and shower. The tub is nice and deep too! Water pressure in the shower is awesome, and the hot water comes out right away. The tub fills up quickly. I like all the counter space in the bathroom and the fact that there are two sinks. Staff are friendly and respond quickly to your needs. The breakfast is not much more than what you get at a Fairfield or Residence Inn, but they charge over $20 for it, so it's not really worth it, And, even though the hot items are in chafing dishes, none of them are very hot. Speaking of hot, the outdoor hot tub has been broken for a couple of weeks, so that was disappointing. (I stayed twice in December. The first time, it halfway worked. The second time, it was completely drained and roped off.) Some of the furniture and a few areas of the carpet are showing some wear, but overall my stays were pleasant. I highly recommend the Deluxe room! But, it's so large it could really use a bigger tv!

Great place in the Houston Energy Corridor. Easy access to i10. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was better than the typical continental breakfast you commonly see at hotels. Some road noise if you are facing i10.

Elite customer service by Zineb (Ziheb) at the front desk. She helped me get very late checkout 2pm because my sons baseball team was playing in a playoff game from 11am-1pm. Had they won we would’ve stayed the night. Sadly we lost, but the late checkout was kind & helpful. We will be back in Houston for sports, and we will stay at this hotel again because the customer service & location are terrific. My only complaint on room (4 of 5 stars) is the tv & remote were very slow. Streaming services lagged.

Spent the night and did a two day meeting. Erikawas wonderful to work with Henry and Maria. We’re working the banquet rooms. They were very attentive and took care of all our needs.

Did a staycation here and it was just what needed. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms were nice and cozy and they have premium bathroom fixtures. Will stay here again!
