We stayed at this Marriott for easy access to our early morning flight. The lobby area and the M club are beautiful. My sister has status at Marriott and we really were not expecting much from an airport hotel. We were completely surprised at how clean everything was. More importantly, our experience with Bailee, at the front desk, who checked us in, was the highlight of our trip. She was personable, professional, funny, and just so welcoming. It was as if we had known her forever, and we felt so taken care of by her. She is absolutely a huge credit to Marriott and they knew exactly what they were doing by hiring her! The restaurant “Flight Burger” was delicious and cooked exactly to order. Don’t miss out on the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing! The room is a standard Marriott room with the beds and pillows being incredibly comfortable as always. Jorge brought us an additional comforter and was so kind in searching for what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it especially for ease of location to the airport.

Service has been great. Coming into the building, a gentleman helped me up the escalators with my luggage. Check in was easy. Service at the Flights restaurant was great (special shout-out to Hector and Rebecca for being so warm and helpful). Speaking of the restaurant, there is only one restaurant in the hotel. They have a buffet in the morning. For lunch, if you need something fast with protein to hold you over, I recommend the chicken and cheese quesadilla. For dinner, I enjoyed the smothered chicken (chicken in mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and broccolini). I stayed in a king standard room in the north tower. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was a little firm, but still comfortable. There are only 40 channels, but you can log into YouTube or Netflix for additional streaming content. Parking on-site is around ~$30 per day. I would recommend a stay here.

Dear Management Team, I would like to commend the staff at the Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush for the exceptional courtesy and attention I received during my stay. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was genuinely friendly. Every team member made me feel welcome at all times, which is exactly what one expects from a fine hotel. I would especially like to extend a sincere thank you to Yessenia, Nabil, Emery, Emerita, Marta, Salomon, Siali, and Dinora for their true professionalism and engaging conversation. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay particularly enjoyable. Please share this note with your management team and the individuals mentioned above, as their efforts truly reflect the high standards of the Marriott brand. Sincerely, Lewis Durham Lifetime Titanium Member / Ambassador

I stayed at the Houston Airport Marriott only because I had to. My United flight was canceled, and I needed a place to stay for an early morning flight. The only real benefit of this hotel is convenience. You don’t have to leave the airport, which is helpful when flights are disrupted. That said, I was absolutely shocked by the price. This hotel charges what feels like a resort rate for a property that is not a resort in any way. It’s a very standard airport hotel. It is nothing special, nothing elevated, and certainly nothing luxurious. Ironically, I recently stayed at a true resort in Scottsdale, Arizona for the same price, and that property was a genuine 10-star experience in every sense. For what you’re paying here, the value just isn’t there. You’re essentially paying a premium solely for location, not amenities, not atmosphere, and not experience. Marriott really needs to reconsider and lower the pricing for this property to better reflect what it actually offers. Convenient? Yes. Worth the price? Absolutely not.

Very clean, and staff is amazing. Special shout out to the VALET TEAM, I was there for a Disney Cruise a couple weeks ago and they were INCREDIBLE. Because of them and their kind hospitality, this will be my go-to hotel when in the area. Amazingly managed hotel. Bless the staff.
