I felt compelled to do this review because we were really impressed with the staff. I don’t have the names of everyone, but from the front desk, to housekeeping, the M club, the restaurant the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While I was sitting in the club, I could hear the kitchen staff, just pleasant with each other, having fun while doing a great job. I think hotel management is your best commended for creating a fun and happy place to work. I want to give extra props to Micheal, Patti, and Megan in FLIGHTS. all 3 went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I would stay here again just for the uplifting experience of seeing so many people seeming to enjoy what they do. I’ve stayed at many many Marriott properties, some also have good teams, and I’ve seen some really overworked and unhappy teams. But so far, of all the properties we have stayed at, this team is at the top. Congratulations on creating such great energy.

Dear Management Team, I would like to commend the staff at the Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush for the exceptional courtesy and attention I received during my stay. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was genuinely friendly. Every team member made me feel welcome at all times, which is exactly what one expects from a fine hotel. I would especially like to extend a sincere thank you to Yessenia, Nabil, Emery, Emerita, Marta, Salomon, Siali, and Dinora for their true professionalism and engaging conversation. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay particularly enjoyable. Please share this note with your management team and the individuals mentioned above, as their efforts truly reflect the high standards of the Marriott brand. Sincerely, Lewis Durham Lifetime Titanium Member / Ambassador

I stayed at the Houston Airport Marriott only because I had to. My United flight was canceled, and I needed a place to stay for an early morning flight. The only real benefit of this hotel is convenience. You don’t have to leave the airport, which is helpful when flights are disrupted. That said, I was absolutely shocked by the price. This hotel charges what feels like a resort rate for a property that is not a resort in any way. It’s a very standard airport hotel. It is nothing special, nothing elevated, and certainly nothing luxurious. Ironically, I recently stayed at a true resort in Scottsdale, Arizona for the same price, and that property was a genuine 10-star experience in every sense. For what you’re paying here, the value just isn’t there. You’re essentially paying a premium solely for location, not amenities, not atmosphere, and not experience. Marriott really needs to reconsider and lower the pricing for this property to better reflect what it actually offers. Convenient? Yes. Worth the price? Absolutely not.

This an airport Marriott - is super convenient. It’s between the two main unit terminals, terminal B and terminal C. Like every Marriott, the beds were comfortable. The people are very friendly. It’s super clean and quiet. There are no surprises, which is just what you want. Terminal B is under construction, so be aware that you’ll need to take the skytrain to terminal C. And then you leave the secure part of the airport. After baggage claim there is an escalator that goes downstairs. And then there’s a tunnel that is temperature control that goes to the hotel. Or you can take the subway under the ground if you don’t want to make a 10 minute walk. Supposedly sometime at the end of 2026 the construction on terminal B will be completed and you’ll probably be able to do all this directly from terminal B as well Please hit helpful if appropriate

I had an exceptional stay at the Houston Marriott at IAH! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The bed was perfect, and the soundproofing made it easy to relax despite being inside the airport. The amenities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and on-site dining options. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The best part is the unbeatable convenience of the skybridge connecting directly to the airport terminal. It makes traveling so much easier and stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Houston!
