This has been the worst motel I’ve stayed at: Mold, roaches, and a lot of unpleasant activities and incidents has taken over place. Racial profiling by the night manager and the day manager is very rude. This morning i had to go to work and I called the front desk around 4:30 am because it was a couple fighting and arguing and I ask could he call down and ask them to stop because I had to go to work. He replies “I am not getting into to that, I don’t hear anything.” So I decided to wait and go to speak to him and he gets smart. 2 weeks before that the night manager had to apologize to my uncle and myself for making racial remarks. They are very rude and not understanding. A lot of trafficking and drugs and one night, I seen a guy get pistol whipped and blood was everywhere. He cried out for help and nobody did anything. I was very displeased and disappointed because he complained about me coming there so he can solve the argument because I had to go to work. Do not stay here. I have videos of this matter that happened.

Disappointed by Rude Staff Member Yesterday after 8 PM, I encountered a staff member wearing a yellow t-shirt who was extremely aggressive, disrespectful, and rude during our interaction. His behavior made the experience very unpleasant and stressful. Professionalism and basic courtesy are expected, and sadly, they were missing. I hope management takes this seriously to ensure better customer service in the future. ********For all future residents******** :- When it comes to chip rates, don’t compromise your peace of mind and self-respect. There are plenty of other places where your dignity will be valued and maintained.

The rooms are put together very cheaply and easily. Their customer service is horrible at 11:01 AM they will bust open your door and even if you tell them, you are naked they will not exit and close the door so you could probably get dressed to exit.

Did not have some of the usual amenities most hotels provide. There was no coffee maker, so we didn't have coffee. Towel rack was broken. Closet space but no hangers or laundry bag. But did provide disposable toothbrush. Clean linens. Very friendly service. Clean carpet. Fair price.

Plenty of Roaches to share the Room with, not a Comfortable Room to Stay in! Needs Exterminating Badly, No Refunds or Exchange! Dont waste you Money or Time!!!
