Pretty hotel in a great location with a fantastic staff. We loved being able to walk to some of the finest museums in the country. Every employee we encountered was quick to offer assistance, even before we had to ask. Special shout out to the valet team, who made us feel like celebrities. The convenience of having a good restaurant on site, with generous hours, cannot be overstated. The wedding event, which is why we were there, was handled with class and efficiency. Well done all around.

The hotel itself was clean, organized, with elegant holiday decoration. The service provided by all staff was impecable and respectful. When asking for accomodation, the staff was very helpful and did everything to make these were met. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. I have mixed feelings with the toiletries provided: most of them smelled and felt good in the body and hair, but the box that had the q-tips and the round cotton pads was notisable used multiple times and ripped and the pads felt apart within the first 3 seconds and the qtip was damaged too. The location is key for this hotel as it is at walking distance of delicious restaurants, museums and parks to be enjoyed. This hotel is and incredible choice and a hotel to be considered in your top 3 if you are in town. As for the restaurant in the hotel, there is a lot to be desired as the service was too slow and the occupancy of the restaurant was low (about 40% or less with multiple waiters). From the moment we ordered to the moment the food was delivered, it it was more than 30 minutes, beberages in the beberage tray for the waiters to pick up and serve would take more than 10 minutes after asking for these. I can highly speak for the hotel, but the restaurant for breakfast, I will probably choose to eat somewhere else or make use of the complimentary stations near the elevators in each floor. These stations have a good variety of tea flavours, fruits and coffee plus additions like milk and sweeteners.

Up there with some of the top hotels I’ve stayed at. In terms of a Michelin key hotel, this was my first experience and the hotel has deserved it. The staff, service, valet and car drivers, attention and eclectic, dark and funky style are unique and special overall. Enjoyed every bit of my stay. They went the extra mile knowing I had a minor injury before getting there. Each mornings butler pantry on every floor was a great touch for quick morning refreshments. All the little details are key to this hotel and they really did a great job. Will definitely come back. Restaurant and hotel area all beautifully well kept and serviced. Location also great - safe, walkable and has rice village not too far away.

As a wedding photographer, I’ve worked at Hotel ZaZa Museum District several times, and it is consistently one of the most luxurious and high-energy venues in the city. If you want a wedding that feels chic, and sophisticated this is the place to be. Every corner of this hotel is a photo op. From the "Magnificent Seven" suites (which are incredible for getting-ready shots) to the art-filled hallways, the aesthetic is trendy and upscale. Their ballrooms are the perfect blend of luxury and functionality. They provide a grand, spacious setting for receptions while maintaining a boutique, intimate feel that keeps the party energy high. Being in the heart of the Museum District is a huge plus. It’s right across from Hermann Park and the fountains, giving us even more variety for outdoor portraits just steps away from the hotel. Hotel ZaZa always delivers an unforgettable experience for both couples and vendors. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wedding venue that truly stands out in Houston!
