I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and truly special. Every interaction was thoughtful, kind, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel more like a guest than just a reservation number. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience.

LaToyna or LaTayna who checked us in was very personable and kind. She was quite welcoming and had a lovely smile the whole time throughout our interaction. During the time she was checking in my husband for our room, I saw a huge pic of JayZ in the lobby. I asked if the picture was up because of Black History month and I was told no; it is always there because the owner loves JayZ’s life story of his upbringing and how far he has come. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Hotel room was very clean overall which I was very happy about, because based on several of the reviews it was not known to be one of the cleanest hotels. Just to air on the side of caution, we brought our own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. But we did not have to use any of them which pleased me greatly. However, the side desk by the bed was sticky, and the bathroom floor was sticky. And dirty. So obviously the furniture and floors could use a good cleaning. Sidenote: the microwave was immaculate. I was a little surprised that there were no soap dish or other place to put body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. I also did not notice any place to hang towels. Now I did enjoy the décor of the hotel lobby and the room. It was quite unique. We have stayed in AZ at a place named the Moxy and it is very similar to this hotel. I had a very early morning appointment, so we could not get breakfast although breakfast is served at 6:30AM. There were lots of parking which is always a plus and its free.

Missed the turn to the hotel, its kind of hidden. But once we got inside I noticed the awesome Halloween decor and stairwell. Whomever made the music playlist is on point btw, great tunes!! Once we got to our room, it was kinda of muggy/musty/humid, which countinued through the night. The pillows are sub-par, luckily I bring my own. You need all of the ones provided for 1 person since they are pretty flat. Nice warm shower, didnt care for the soap, shampoo and conditioner offered, smelled bad. Next morning headed down for breakfast it wasn't amazing... biscuits and gravy, eggs that were over cooked, sausage patties and links...alot of assorted breads. The coffee was terrible and the cranberry juice tasted as if it was mixed with water, and the orange juice tasted sour.... This place wasn't amazing, but not terrible. Defiantly get what you paid for. Oh and the offer shuttle to NRG which is very convenient and the woman at the front desk were very welcoming, great costumer service.

Very charming hotel. Boutique style at a chain price. The location was perfect for our trip to the medical center. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Could use some minor cosmetic updates (scuffed paint, that sort of thing)

I was in Houston for surgery with my dad. Drove all the way from Baton Rouge. The entire Hotel staff and manager Mr. Leo were very nice. The hotel is so clean and its very beautiful on the inside. I stayed 2 nights thinking I was going home but I ended up needing to stay a few more nights. I called the front desk and the manager was able to give me my room back to help me. I would definitely be staying here again.
