I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and truly special. Every interaction was thoughtful, kind, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel more like a guest than just a reservation number. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience.

We stayed in room 216 from December 25th to 26th. The staff was pleasant, the room price was inexpensive, there was parking, and breakfast was included. The hotel only looks attractive in the photos; in reality, it's worn out and dirty. The room was not cleaned properly. It was dirty everywhere. There was dust and streaks on the floor and in the bathroom, and an incredible number of stains on the upholstered furniture and carpets. The bed linen was washed, but still covered in stains. The pillows were uncomfortable and very hard. Drinking water was only available near the reception. Breakfast was minimal, but edible. They charge a deposit of about $200 upon check-in. The view from the window was of a neighboring building just a few meters away. I would hardly stay at this place again.

I liked the uniqueness of it. But this hotel needs a little more attention to cleanliness. Throughout the hotel there is a faint smell. Also, no soap dish in showers ?? Never pay attention to things like that until you dont have it. That could be easily fixed with shower caddy. Found weird residues in places. There were ZERO bedbugs however ! So you should feel safe enough to lay your head. Plenty food in walking distance too.

Missed the turn to the hotel, its kind of hidden. But once we got inside I noticed the awesome Halloween decor and stairwell. Whomever made the music playlist is on point btw, great tunes!! Once we got to our room, it was kinda of muggy/musty/humid, which countinued through the night. The pillows are sub-par, luckily I bring my own. You need all of the ones provided for 1 person since they are pretty flat. Nice warm shower, didnt care for the soap, shampoo and conditioner offered, smelled bad. Next morning headed down for breakfast it wasn't amazing... biscuits and gravy, eggs that were over cooked, sausage patties and links...alot of assorted breads. The coffee was terrible and the cranberry juice tasted as if it was mixed with water, and the orange juice tasted sour.... This place wasn't amazing, but not terrible. Defiantly get what you paid for. Oh and the offer shuttle to NRG which is very convenient and the woman at the front desk were very welcoming, great costumer service.

Stayed at this hotel a few days ago. Came down here to go to MD Anderson cancer center with a family member. Never have been to Houston. TIRES/RIMS STOLEN OFF OF MY VEHICLE AND ANOTHER PERSON'S TRUCK AS WELL. Parked right in the front parking lot at hotel ylem under well lit area. In camera view. The hotel even had a security lady on duty but of course they somehow "still managed " to steal all the tires/rims off of both vehicles one being a Big truck without being noticed at all... She did somehow magically manage to get a semi blurry picture of the vehicle tho but not catch them in action.. if you ask me it sounds like a inside job . Alot of the information just doesnt add up especially with her job being security of the hotel premises. Or she could just careless about her position and literally is just there bullshitting around collecting a paycheck and probably watched them do it and not do anything. The hotel should definitely add a sign to there door for out of town visitors just warning them that tire theft is big there. It could really make a big difference to future guest. I do not blame the hotel. It was a decent hotel , and the stay wasn't bad, besides my tires being stolen. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and I greatly appreciate them. They just have poor security and parking isnt safe . Which maybe the hotels owner/management team should take that into consideration an update certain measures to help avoid these situations . Also FIRE that security women and hire someone who is actually going to take there position seriously. I hope you all took the time to read this review. Future guest please be aware. Get locks for your wheels and stay safe. Keep that in mind for future stays. They have hotels that have there own secured parking garages/valet. That would be a safer solution
