We have been traveling across Texas staying in various hotels from red roofs(unfortunately) to holiday inns. We have never had the experience We received today. When we tried to check in, the lady asked how many people we have. My wife being honest said 6. Me my wife my 14 yr old, 12 Yr old,, 6 and 4 yr old. She told my wife we could not stay there because the max was 4 people. We have never had this issue anywhere else, even after she argued that she doesnt understand how we been getting away with it. So it put our family in a tough situation trying to find another hotel last minute. We were tired, a storm was blowing in and we just wanted to get to our room. Instead of using her critical thinking skills and turning the experience around she dismissed us. After we booked another hotel and were fixing tk drive off, she called my wife and said she wanted to see what she could do for us. My wife kindly declined. I told her I understand we are just a number to her, but id immediately go on here and put a review...horrible service...

Fair price matching. Rooms were very clean. Easy access to highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Brought my bike down to the near by Harley dealer to have my bike serviced this hotel was very clean with a friendly staff it was stress free and a great place to relax for my stay I highly recommend

A guy knocked on my door in the middle of the night who I didn’t know . I called the front desk . I stayed again in a Arabian guy open my door before 11 in ask me was I’m staying no knock just opened smh I had no clothes on very frightening

We had to swap rooms 3x. First one no hot water. 2nd one had weeks old shrimp stuck in the freezer and once we opened the freezer there was no getting away from the smell. It was quiet though. And clean. (Outside of the shrimp).
