Management could be better. Movement highly controlled and restricted. Rooms very clean and affordable. Had a bad experience. Was singled out and unable to renew room until 1pm and even forced to check out and leave at 11am despite being a senior citizen just because my daughter visited with me to insure my well being. Hotel Bel-Air is managed by individuals of India dissent and serviced by Hispanics. Even though the majority of its guests are black there are no blacks employed in room service or at the front desk. The Management can be rude and even hostile and constantly monitor video surveillance cameras to harass and confront guest during checkout. The rates start at $65 but increases to $75 if there is more than 1 guest at check-in.

I do not recommend this place. First, the pictures on the web are very misleading. Second, there was hair everywhere. I don’t mean a strand or two. It was on the sheets so they couldn’t have changed them, on the bathroom floor and on the shower walls. The night stand had a sticky ring on it from a cup and there was 11 cents on it so they didn’t clean that either. My feet were dirty after walking around for maybe 5 minutes after I took a shower. The room was very, very dirty.

The room was beautiful, there were toiletries and towels as needed. It was nice and bedding was clean. But it smelled like a cigarette dumpster. It made me sick to my stomach. Wish they did not allowed smoking in the rooms.

It's beautiful, clean, serene, spacious, and it's cheap & affordable nightly. BUT, be forewarned, IT IS DEFINITELY 100% HAUNTED. I WILL ONLY TELL DETAILS OF "MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WHEN I STAYED IN THE HOTEL'S ROOM(S) EVERY SINGLE TIME I STAYED."; IF ANYONE is interested in hearing the stories of my personal haunting experiences when AND while I stayed here in this Hotel, just reply/comment this "REVIEW". 🙏🙏🙏HAVE A BLESSED NIGHT!!! 🙏🙏🙏
