A hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, individually regulated air conditioning and heating feature as standard. Rooms with either double or king-size beds are available. I would like to express my appreciation and highly recommend Yaneth Hernandez, who works in the office at MAA Afton Oaks. I have been living in this community since November 2025, and from the very beginning, Yaneth has been extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Whenever I have had questions or needed assistance, she has always shown a great attitude, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping residents. She takes the time to listen and makes sure everything is handled properly, which truly makes a difference. Yaneth provides excellent customer service and creates a welcoming and positive experience for residents. She is definitely a valuable asset to the community, and I truly appreciate all her support. I highly recommend her.

I've lived at Post Afton Oaks since 2017. The element of residents have declined A lot of trash, pet accidents, and loud behavior have esclated. I had two bikes stolen during COVID from my storage unit. They were stolen by maintance staff. I've mentioned to the leasing staff that they should walk the property regularly. If a dog has an accident or trash is left in the hallway, we have to wait until the cleaning crew finds it. It's not untypical for a pet accident on Friday to be cleaned on Monday

I’ve been living at MAA for about 3 years now and I love everything about it here. There are of course certain things that are out of their control (packages being stolen, trash in the parking garage etc) but they are amazing at solving issues and correcting problems. When I put in a maintained request it gets done either same day or next day with no questions asked. The leasing office is always ready to assist me. I honestly don't think I’ll ever leave here unless I’m leaving Houston.

The apartment manager Victor is a great guy. I have been under a rather unusual set of circumstances, but Victor has done a lot to rectify my issues. I am grateful for the staff at MAA. It is a beautiful location, and an excellent choice to move. I have attached photos and videos for reference. Stop in the leasing office and consult Yaneth Hernandez today. She will be glad to welcome you home. Put God first in everything that you do, and watch him work miracles. Praise the Holy Father YHVH (YAHWEH) with all my heart

I have been living here for more than a year. This apartment complex is in general very good, especially considering its reasonable price and convenient location in the uptown Houston. The building and its interior are quite new and clean. Maintenance people here are very responsible, typically fixed within 2 days after request. There is a very nice neighborhood next to this complex, it's a good place to take a walk. This area is supposed to be a quite safe area. However there are still some safety issues about the parking garage. I saw several cars had their wheels stolen last year. But after that I saw security guard in the garage (maybe they always have but I didn't notice).
