I forgot to ask who the woman on duty at the desk was tonight, but she is an absolute delight! She went above and beyond for me. The hotel is clean and in a great location. It has a ton of amenities, and a nice little snack cafe. Love the spa water at the front - such a nice, refreshing welcoming from the Texas heat. The face wipes and fragrance of the soaps and lotion are lovely. Maria, who made up my room, even tied my tissue in a bow tie and made a seashell out of my towels! That is next level! I travel a ton and notice all these little touch points that make my experience so much better. Thank you for the great service all around!

Just under 20 min from the airport, with nice wooded surroundings outside. The staff are excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. Not the newest hotel Ive ever stayed at but not run down by any means. Very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again even if its just the night before I fly out of IAH. Lots of people look for comfort when theyre away from home. I believe this place delivers.

The staff was so nice & accommodating! Kimberley & Marissa were amazingly hospitable, going above & beyond to satisfy my needs. There were plenty of towels & washcloths & the tissue was tied into bows which I hadn’t seen before - it felt elegant & elevated. I would like to suggest to the company that they provide a better variety of pillows & bedding. My colleague & I both had the same issues with feeling the mattress was too hard & the pillows were ALL down feather (no firm pillows provided). I also would have personally appreciated breakfast hours to last longer as I was here working nights & needed to sleep a bit later before my next shift. Overall, a good experience but would like management to consider these improvements :)

I’m writing this sitting in bed on day 3 of my trip as my husband goes downstairs to understand way we have been charged our full amount on top of $900 “approval” fee. This hotel has showers that don’t drain, toilets that flush, our friends got locked in their internal door of a suite. Sent a non speaking male into the room to fix it. He unlocked the door but was never able to fix it so he duck taped it. This is the most horrible experience in hospitality I have ever had. My family has been in hospitality and customer service for 30 years and never have I ever had more employees say “I don’t know.” From Lora that told me her birthday was on February 25th which was two days and everyone thinks she is 21. From the unhelpful assistant manager and GENERAL that received many calls from Lora and could grasp she was incapable. If you are considering staying here I was highly suggest you don’t. The fact that “Hilton” is on this hotel is a shame and false advertisement. The only clear thing about this situation because we can get an answer from an employee is that this hotel can’t hold more than two guest at a time. Manger doesn’t come in til 8 am must be nice since we all got woken up at 6 am to excessive charges. Chris Simpson.

We stayed here for the Houston Renaissance festival. The breakfast is included in your stay; It was an amazing breakfast, and I couldn't speak more highly about it!!! The menu varies a little each day, but they had eggs, sausage, potatoes (one of the mornings), overnight oats with chia seeds, yogurt, oatmeal, a pancake maker, various breads to toast, etc.The available hot sauce, slivered almonds and other nuts, whipped butter and other unique spreads were small ouches that really made a difference in the quality of food. The staff was fantastic, and the owner was very involved. He asked if we had any constructive criticism or any bad experiences during our stay (We did not, but this is a great practice and showed me how much he cared about the quality of service being provided, which prompted me to write this review). He and the other staff clearly take a lot of pride in the work that they do, and it shows. I'm in the military, and recently signed up for the AMEX Hilton Aspire card, as it gives you automatic Diamond status, and the annual credit card fee is waived for active-duty service members; I am SO happy that I did, because we did receive a space-available upgrade from a one-bedroom one-bathroom suite with a pull-out sofa bed to a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom suite with a king and 2 twin beds. We had four adults (one couple, and 2 singles), and this upgrade made it exceptionally more comfortable for the four of us! They also provided a welcome gift of 2 water bottles and a snack, which is lovely. 10/10 this hotel is very well run, and I highly recommend it!
