THERE ARE HOLES IN THE FLOOR. The website stated that the hotel was under RENNOVATION which is very misleading. It is under CONSTRUCTION. We booked 3 rooms as were were in town visiting family. TWO rooms had holes in the floor. Deep holes. They just laid the carpet on top of it hoping no one would notice. We have young children ages 1-11 that very easily could have gotten hurt. The other room had a mattress cover on the bed as a blanket. That is DISGUSTING. We have been working for weeks to get our refund but management and upper management believes that 5,000 points is a good remedy. Also, the continental breakfast was still advertised as being available even though the hotel was under renovation. This was important to us. We booked a hotel with breakfast on purpose. We were offered cereal bars, Jimmy dean sandwhiches, and juice. You offered us a room that was not suitable to not only sleep in, but live in. You did not clean. There was either smoke or mold on the fire extinguisher. These rooms should not be rented out. If you cannot have presentable rooms, DONT LET PEOPLE BOOK THEM. 0/5 stars. I would not reccommend this hotel.

November 2025 Great lodging for a large family. We booked the 2 room suites for the 6 of us. Great choices and convenient location. The lobby has a space for family gathering. Highly recommended and love to return.

Rooms are not done/ cleaned even on the request. Trash bin is overflowing as they just do not come to clean the room. Towels have not been changed for last 4-5 days- same as cleaning service. Looks like the owner does not look after his guests. Even though I am a guest for 29 night in a row. Same to my coworkers- they do have the same complaints about service but no improvement at all. I am just tired of asking them for cleaning the room every morning and my request is just ignored. I am a Diamond Hilton member and they did not h give me even a premium Wi-Fi password. I do not recommend this place.

Your car will get stolen. There are no cameras to catch the thieves. Do not stay here. Go absolutely anywhere else. Hilton does not care about their guests.

Older style - a fan control on the lights, a fireplace in my room?! Great stuff. However I found the breakfast foods here really, really bland - that pork was a crime. Pool is out of order as of early Jan 26
