November 2025 Great lodging for a large family. We booked the 2 room suites for the 6 of us. Great choices and convenient location. The lobby has a space for family gathering. Highly recommended and love to return.

Rooms are not done/ cleaned even on the request. Trash bin is overflowing as they just do not come to clean the room. Towels have not been changed for last 4-5 days- same as cleaning service. Looks like the owner does not look after his guests. Even though I am a guest for 29 night in a row. Same to my coworkers- they do have the same complaints about service but no improvement at all. I am just tired of asking them for cleaning the room every morning and my request is just ignored. I am a Diamond Hilton member and they did not h give me even a premium Wi-Fi password. I do not recommend this place.

At the time of checked in, Kelly was so nice. I like the friendliness and I didn't expect my room was upgraded and never have i had stay a hotel room with a fireplace. Yall I got upgraded and like my room with a fireplace. I will return. Thank you for having me. Best, Dr. T.

Older style - a fan control on the lights, a fireplace in my room?! Great stuff. However I found the breakfast foods here really, really bland - that pork was a crime. Pool is out of order as of early Jan 26

Please do better with breakfast second time at this hotel and breakfast need work nasty overcooked meat in breakfast tacos not a good selection and jacuzzi is always not working . Also as an employee I have read all reviews looks like same issue let’s get this hotel back on track cause this is unacceptable. Gave us wet blanket n ice machine did not work in room or burner .
