Rooms are very nice. Clean and quiet. We had room in back building. Nice kitchenette. The tv is awkward to watch but luckily not there to watch it. Bed comfortable. Towels were semi soft. Very hot water and good pressure. Breakfast ok. Missed flavored cream for coffee. Don't care for instant oatmeal. If you're wanting tacos, it's perfect. Most honors hotels offer water but when asked for some, only option was to buy it. Very nice & clean lobby area.

Satisfied with our experience. We stayed in the 2 room suite. There was a kitchen area, living room, a room with 2 Queen beds, and a room with a king size bed. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. All beds were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, water temperature was nice and hot but the water pressure was medium, too low for my husband. Both bedrooms and the living room had TVs. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection. We were here on a weekday so we were able to take advantage of the evening social which was also great. We only stayed one night but an extended stay might have been a slight issue. There was only one set of dishes/silverware in the room so certainly not enough for our family had we needed to eat there. The air conditioner in the king bedroom was pretty loud and also had a rattle which was very frustrating since it kicked on and off every ten minutes throughout the night.

Close to the hospital I had appointments,lovely ,safe area. Room was spacious, decorated modern,clean,was ready early.Breakfast and social hour meals were delicious! They were set up with a pleasant view,fresh food,nice variety.We did not go out for dinner since this meal was sufficient.

This Homewood Suites location is definitely better than some of the others (at least in Houston and Ft Worth). - check-in and check-out was timely and seamless and I could do it 100% through the app not even having to talk to anyone once - the rooms appeared to be recently renovated (or should I say “refreshed” - it was not a full on renovation, but definitely new paint, fixtures, etc) - BREAKFAST definitely stood out compared to many hotels of this type - it was delicious with large variety of options and very well thought through. Will definitely come back if I need to stay in Houston.

Very disappointed that Hilton Rewards Member perks are not honored at this location. Not all Hilton brand hotels carry the same principles and values. Know before you go.
