This Homewood Suites location is definitely better than some of the others (at least in Houston and Ft Worth). - check-in and check-out was timely and seamless and I could do it 100% through the app not even having to talk to anyone once - the rooms appeared to be recently renovated (or should I say “refreshed” - it was not a full on renovation, but definitely new paint, fixtures, etc) - BREAKFAST definitely stood out compared to many hotels of this type - it was delicious with large variety of options and very well thought through. Will definitely come back if I need to stay in Houston.

Very disappointed that Hilton Rewards Member perks are not honored at this location. Not all Hilton brand hotels carry the same principles and values. Know before you go.

Hilton Rewards member and this was the only place where excuses that I am not a gold member when I was greeted. I had to ask for the two complementary bottles of water and the receptionist informed we are independent and do go by the same rules as the other Homewood Suites. Disappointing and I do not plan on staying there ever again. Ill find better service else where.

We stayed here for medical reasons, we had no issues what so ever, I'll admit after reading reviews I was questioning our stay here. The room was very nice, bed was nice and comfy, extra blankets and pillows in the closet were readily available. The refrigerator worked nicely, had some silverware, adequate for two people. Most of all the shower was very nice and big, water flow could have been better but I corrected that issue. A/C worked wonderfully, even had a ceiling fan over the bed. I tried the breakfast in the lobby and it was decent, a very nice variety. During our three days here we encountered no issues with staff. Parking was fine, right outside our first floor room window.

Took a picture of a roach on the cabinets. This was about 6 am, with the lights on and I’d been up getting ready for work for about 10 minutes. I’d seen one the night prior, and told the front desk. The explanation was it came in through the AC. Regardless there’s roaches. The one from the night prior looked like a German cockroach. The one in the picture looked like a small American cockroach or possibly an Asian cockroach. Not sure, I didn’t ask it where it came from. I packed and checked out. I reported it to the front desk. They didn’t seem to take as a big deal, seemed that it will be passed to pest control. I think they need to get better pest control.
