We had a great stay overall! The room was large and spotless, and the property was well-maintained. The staff was attentive and friendly, and I loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary makeup remover towelettes. The continental breakfast was very delicious with plenty of options. As a Hilton Honors Silver member, I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water and Milano cookies. There were a few hiccups, though. The digital lock on our door malfunctioned, and after much effort, both the staff and we gave up trying to fix it. This meant the staff had to let us back into our room after dinner, which was inconvenient. Also, the bathroom door squeaked REALLY loudly and could use some WD-40, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. I mentioned these issues at checkout, but the staff member didn’t make any notes, so hopefully they get addressed soon. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with great amenities—I’d definitely return once these small maintenance issues are resolved!

This may be Katy's best kept secret! The rooms are nice, comfy bed, clean, loved the pillows! The staff is very nice! Love the high ceilings with ceiling fan! The indoor pool was great! Breakfast was okay I was disappointed there was NO bacon I had requested it for one of the days of our stay but I guess they can't serve it on weekends! The attendant was working really hard at her job and kept everything filled! There was a breakfast bar with tacos. The juices were all watered down! The fruit could have been better the red apples were not fresh and the white bread was stale! Holiday Inn express still has the best breakfast! We would definitely stay here again the room does have a nice kitchen!

Check in was a breeze. The room I chose ended up being very good. The hotel was quiet. Bed comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked with no issues. For breakfast, I enjoyed the taco bar. The traditional American breakfast items, where that were offered did not appeal to me. Next time I am in the area I will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here many times when in town. I absolutely love this hotel. It would get 5 stars from me if the pool wasn’t so freezing cold. It is so cold that you can’t even use it. I come to the Katy area every 2-3 weeks and will probably be finding another hotel that has a better pool situation. If you don’t want/need a pool than I would 100% recommend this hotel!

It’s taken me about 3 months to right this review. I debated on it even called asked for the manager’s card and inquired about hours but she was on vacation. The young lady the works at night on 3-11pm. As long as I’ve been alive no one has EVER threatened to called the police on me. The young lady literally came from behind the desk and proceeded to follow me down the hall. Don’t believe me pulled the tape. The line was backed waiting on her to comeback to the desk. My mom and aunt had checked in the day before we were visiting family. I had called ahead and spoke with a guest agent and explained I would be flying the next day. I arrived my mom and aunt proceeded upstairs but realized the keys didn’t work. When the guest agent returned I asked for the keys to be updated twice I came back. While waiting for her to re-key. I asked for water it’s a new reservation and the hotel hallways were hot. I’m a diamond member. She got annoyed and said no. I asked why she said you “you were here yesterday”. I said no mom ways but I just got here from the airport and they picked me up. It’s just water not! I told her attitude was ugly and she came unglued and threaten to call the police. As someone that travels extensively for work and with a pretty high security clearance. I just kept walking to the elevator to de-escalate the situation. Hilton is still my brand of choice and however I avoid this hotel and stay at the Embassy Suites when visiting my family in the area.
