Beware they are doing renovations and all the crap that goes with it. No access to the work out room, laundry, and the worst part is the hot tub doesn't work. I also work late and try to sleep during the day BUT the renovations are happening. It took them 4 days to have the climate control fixed in my room. It wasn't until it demanded to move rooms did they act. Being I am here on the company dime, I do not want to try and fuss to change hotels. I believe their biggest misstep is not alerting their guests about all of the renovations. The staff is wonderful and kind and once the work is done this will be a nice spot for sure. P.S. if they fixed the hot tub in the past 4 week this rant would have never happened!!!

Horrible Customer Service from the front desk employee. We had a confirmed reservation for our son’s baseball tournament. We flew in from Miami and checked in through the Hilton app before our flight. When we landed, we received a message that our room had been given away. Because we were on the plane, we couldn’t answer a phone call which seemed to be from a personal phone. The ID number did not say Hilton Hotel. We checked in through the app because we were going to get there late. Isn’t that why the Hilton App has that option?! When my husband arrived around 1:30 AM, the front desk employee refused to open the door and said there were no rooms available. We were left stranded in a city we don’t live in with our child in the middle of the night. After hours of searching, we had to pay $280 for a room at a Marriott just to sleep a few hours before his game. Completely unacceptable customer service from a brand we’ve trusted for years.

I was incredibly impressed with Destiny's service during my recent checkout. Her sweet and helpful nature, combined with her efficient handling of the process, made for a truly outstanding experience. Destiny's exceptional hospitality skills are evident, and she is a true asset to your team. I highly commend her for her dedication to providing top-notch customer service.

I was so happy to stay at this hotel for 5 days. Everyone was kind, very professional in the lobby including Shelby & Ms. Pappion! One night they had complimentary cookies & they were amazing yum! This place is clean, and has no odors or staleness of any kind. In our room I was impressed they had full bottles of chemical free shampoo, conditioner & lotion & plenty towels, etc. They serve breakfast and stop early at 9am. I wish it was until 10am because we were so comfortable in the bed we slept in a few nights. Pretty kid friendly. I hope to visit again very soon because they have great customer service here.

I have to acknowledge the kindness and heart work of your whole service team. Mia and Gerald both went out of their way to help me with a question. That shows their high level of customer service expertise. And I also have to acknowledge the housekeeping team for an exceptionally great job. One of the few hotel rooms I've stayed in where I feel it was completely clean. I'll definitely be back!
