Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston Webster

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston Webster and had a very positive experience overall. Traveling as a family of two adults, two kids, and our dog, we felt very comfortable and well accommodated. From the moment we arrived, the difference in hospitality was clear. As Hilton Honors members, we were welcomed with bottled water and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch after a travel day. The complimentary breakfast was also great quality with good variety, and everything was well stocked and organized. Our room and the overall facility were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Housekeeping and general upkeep were noticeably better than what we have experienced at some other locations. The property felt cared for. We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay. There was a breaker issue that affected both the heater and the microwave, which required attention. Additionally, the hotel was quite busy that weekend, and we observed more noise than expected late into the evening. For ground floor rooms especially, offering white noise machines could be a helpful addition for light sleepers. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would choose to stay here again in the future.

I stay at this hotel often for work, and even though the property is on the older side, I’ve definitely noticed the improvements they’ve been making lately. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the rooms have become more comfortable with the recent updates. It’s a reliable place to stay, and I appreciate the continued effort to make the guest experience better each time I visit.

We only stayed here one night. It was horrible. There was no manager on site. I talked to a woman at the desk the whole time we stayed there. As we walked in, the woman at the desk, said the elevator wasn't working so she gave us a room on the first floor. There were limited rooms on the first floor. She never said the elevator was repaired the whole time we were staying there. When we walked in our hotel room, it smelled funny. The woman at the desk came and sprayed some disinfectant. It didn't help. She never offered another room the whole time we were there. We didn't know there wasn't any hot water until late that night when my husband was in the shower. We never had not water the whole time we were there. During the night, the refrigerator was making a loud noise. I thought it was going to get better. Finally, at 5a, I pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and unplugged the refrigerator. I asked to see a manager before we left. The lady at the desk said there was no manager on site. Right now we have paid full price for that room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at the Home2 Suites Webster while in town for work, and overall I was very happy with my stay. I checked in on Sunday, and unfortunately, the upgraded room I had paid for on the 4th floor wasn’t ready. I was offered the same type of room on a lower floor, but since I’m a light sleeper and prefer not to have people above me, I declined. I ended up choosing to downgrade my room but noticed the rate hadn’t been adjusted. When I brought this up on Wednesday before check out, I had the pleasure of speaking with Keisha King, Operations Manager. She handled everything so smoothly and professionally. No hassle, no pushback, and no runaround like I’ve experienced at other hotels. She immediately adjusted my rate and made me feel valued as a guest. That type of customer service goes a long way, and I truly appreciated her professionalism. Beyond that, the staff overall were wonderful. The kitchen staff and support team were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My stay was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Larger rooms with the pull-out couch is perfect for our family of 4 to have places to sleep without sibling fights. The pool was out of order for our stay but they allowed the kids to swim at the neighboring Hilton property. The breakfast was delicious and different daily. They had healthy options.
