This easily could have been a 5-star review if not for customer service shortcomings. The room was one of the cleanest, quietest and most comfortable I've ever stayed in at this price point. There also was an excellent variety of breakfast options each morning and I enjoyed a good basic workout in the gym, which was always clean. HOWEVER, the woman staffing the buffet the weekend of May 30-31, 2026 was rude AND during a 6-day stay, my room was never cleaned. Unacceptable given that there were cleaning crews and carts moving up and down my hallway all day, every day. And, no, I did not have a "do not disturb" sign on my door. I respect and support the minimized cleaning schedule for conservation purposes. But how do you not clean a room even ONCE during a 6-day stay? Good thing I'm tidy. In addition, one of the two elevators was out of service during my entire stay (hotel staff never posted a note stating that). I'm a longtime Hilton Honors member. Y'all can do better! Much better!

I stayed here for a couple nights and had a good overall experience. The staff at check-in were friendly, and since my wife has Hilton Diamond status, we were given a suite on the highest floor away from the elevators as requested. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, and glasses, plus a couch with ottoman and a comfortable king bed. One recommendation: try to get a room facing away from Highway 6 because those rooms are much quieter. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and had very little road noise. There were a few downsides during our stay. One of the two elevators was completely out of service the entire time, but there was never a sign posted on it, so guests kept pressing the button and waiting unnecessarily. It would be very helpful if management placed a maintenance sign on the elevator letting guests know it was temporarily closed. Also, the TV initially wasn’t working and kept showing an error message, though maintenance later reset it after we notified the front desk. The blackout shades also didn’t fully seal around the window, so a lot of sunlight came into the room during the day. Breakfast was solid, with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. The breakfast staff member was especially friendly and welcoming. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable extended-stay style hotel in the Sugar Land/Stafford area with a kitchenette and spacious rooms, I’d recommend this Home2 Suites.

The breakfast service lady likes gatekeeping the potato wedges. Woke up to enjoy the creative breakfast table, said “good morning” to the lady as she was refilling the hot food area and I was met the nastiest interaction from her over literally 2 pieces of potato wedges. Really awkward service to receive as a guest. Family and I were in the area for a wedding, stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel is quiet and family friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The room service ladies always had a warm smile and went above and beyond. The location is great, the hotel is walking distance to major stores and hwys. The poor interaction with lady servicing the breakfast really took away from making it a 5 star experience.

I really appreciate how big these rooms are. Upon arriving, I was asked a few questions regarding room preferences. It didn't really matter to me. I was given two complimentary water bottles after checking in. I was put on the second floor near the elevator. The front desk attendant was very nice & professional. The housekeeping associates were constantly cleaning the floors since the elevator would go up first then back down to the lobby floor. They were pleasant & diligent. I was able to eat breakfast one morning. I could smell waffles being made from the second floor! I was having issues with the yogurt dispenser. I guess there wasn't much yogurt left. Other than that, the breakfast choices were great. I would recommend this place. A word of advice, you may not be able to sleep in since housekeeping starts cleaning surrounding rooms early. The noise is considerable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a short one night utility stay but it exceeded my expectations. I loved the colors in the room because they made the space feel warm and inviting, and the layout definitely gave off a studio style vibe which I appreciated. It felt both functional and comfortable. Another big plus was the included breakfast which made the stay even more convenient. Overall a great option if you are looking for a clean and well designed space for a quick stay.
