Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston Stafford

I recently spent two nights at the Stafford location. As a Hilton Honors member, my expectations were already high before arriving. First, I must commend Carmen for her outstanding customer service. Unexpectedly, I had to make a last minute reservation change and Carmen handled everything with ease. Her welcoming attitude was greatly appreciated. The hotel location with easy access for those unfamiliar with the area was a plus. My room was spotlessly clean, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The separate spacious sitting area suited my needs perfectly. The outdoor seating areas were plentiful and located in many different areas surrounding the hotel. As someone who enjoys a cup of coffee outdoors early in the morning, this was a pleasant surprise. For travelers with fur babies, there is a very large grassy fenced area conveniently located with additional outdoor seating. Lovely evening view of the sunset, as well. My sincere thanks to Carmen and the rest of the staff for making my stay exceptional.

I love this hotel! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The grounds, common areas, and rooms are very clean. The free breakfast is diverse and delicious. I could stay closer to the area I need to go to when I'm in Houston but I choose to stay at this Home2 Suites. Thank you Carmen, Maria, the manager whose name I didn't catch, and the rest of the staff. See you next time!

Extremely poor service. Not family friendly. No garbage cans in the bathroom. Bathroom doors do not lock. They do no allow any noise coming from your room at any time of day. Do not go to this hotel.

We love this place. My wife and I were in town for 2 weeks while I was getting some treatments at MD Anderson and this place was spectacular. The room was spacious and it was super nice to have the partial kitchen in room. The whole hotel was super clean and the staff made sure to clean the common areas daily. All of the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. We used the pool daily. Anything I'm in the area this will be my place to stop and stay. If I had a complaint it would just be that there be better patio furniture at the pool. Thanks Home2 Suites!

It's a nice place but the lady that worked their on October 10-12 that was in charge of breakfast on Saturday&Sunday morning, she was rude, her deamnor was off and the look I received from her on saturday morning when I came for breakfast was deameaning, Like I'm not suppoused to be their.Tthat morning was very off. When I came for breakfast she stood in the office with the Light SKin lady working as a receptionist, both kept staring at me, while looking at each other also smirking and laughing, it was a very uncomfortable feelings- Imagine sitting for a breakfast and someone laughing at you and they thought I could not see them. Even when I was done and got up they just kept looking at me- I felt extremly uncomfortable and had to hrury up, even when I came down on sunday morning I had to hurry up b/c she was looking at me and i felt like a bother. to her. Extremely unprofessional , very uncomfortable. The room was ncice. I had to keep cautious when i came downstairs. Imagine booking an hotel for a saty and been lookdown and feeling weird around the staff member NEVER AGAIN
