Hilton Honors silver member here. I’ve stayed at this property many times over the past Year and a half, It has fallen into disrepair. My TV was not functional when I checked in. Went back to the front desk, asked to be booked into a different room, Front desk agent was dismissive. Front desk agent came to my room, Was able to get the TV to power on. Unfortunately, the TV never powered on again after this, I’ve been unable to watch TV for my entire stay. Totally unacceptable. No accountability. Entire staff is dismissive. This operator is doing a disservice to the Hilton brand, There are many appliances on the property with notes that say “no working”, etc. Recommend an immediate audit and remediations.

Started by loosing my reservation. Was there 6 days, house keeping never checked my room once. No fresh towels, toilet paper ran out, garbage never emptied, bed never made. Most uncomfortable bed outside of a prison... Upon my early check out when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was dismissed... Whats the $50 deposit for when your hotel offers less comfort than a motel 6!

I’m confused how this hotel has so many positive reviews. I just finished a 6 day stay here after researching hotels for hours. I had to find one with a full size fridge/freezer and finally decided on this one. The pictures online look much nicer than the actual hotel. There’s not much of a front entrance. I actually thought maybe I was in the back of the building because there’s no welcoming entrance like you’d typically associate with a Hilton establishment. I checked in on 1/4 and the woman working the desk was extremely rude. I had already paid in full so I was confused why I had to put down a deposit and she was unable to explain it to me. Instead she just treated me like I was 5 and asking a question she didn’t understand. So we’re already lacking a welcoming entryway area and then we’re greeted with a cold employee. Another thing we noticed at this time was the smell of the hotel. It smelled dirty. This brings us to the point of getting to our room. The room was a nice size, but also appeared dirty. At a quick glance it seemed clean but upon further inspection, it wasn’t. All around the baseboards were dirty, there were at least 4 separate spots on the carpet that were sticky and wet, the silverware in the drawer was dirty, and there was a coffee stain (presumably) on the kitchen counter. There was also a wash cloth inside the bedding when we pulled the covers back. Speaking of bedding, this hotel doesn’t offer blankets. The bed was made up using a mix of table clothes and curtains it seemed. All very thin and scratchy. It was truly the oddest hotel “bedding” I’ve ever experienced. A few more things to note: there was no hot water in the shower the entire time I was there, and the picture on the tv was faded the entire time. The room also didn’t hold a consistent temp no matter how many times we tried and we woke up multiple times a night every night because it was very warm. The last thing to note is that I checked out on 1/10 and the woman working the desk was also very rude. I was sick and had lost some of my voice so I understand she had a hard time hearing me, but she kept pointing to her ears and saying “I can’t hear you!!” in a very condescending tone. Overall, I was not happy with my stay and have already told others to avoid this hotel when coming to Houston.

Stayed 2 weeks for work. I did not request this hotel. Never had housekeeping unless requested. Had a coffee tumbler stolen from my room. Loud customers. Burnt and over cooked breakfast. Pool was sad. Wifi horrible.

I had a nice overnight stay. The people at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. It was clean and quiet. I opted out for breakfast, but there appeared to be a good variety of options. I would definitely stay again.
