Had a great stay at Home2 Suites! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed — plenty of space, a full-size fridge, and a really comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout, and the whole place felt welcoming and well-kept. Breakfast was solid too, with good options to start the day. Overall, just an easy, relaxing stay, exactly what you want when you’re traveling. Highly recommend!

Overall, great stay. Staff was very responsive to all of our needs. Only thing...we wished there were more options for breakfast. Other than that, clean, comfortable, and would stay again!

I have been staying here every time I work in the area for almost 2 years. The staff is always quick to support any needs and the night shift security has not allowed any mischief to occur in the parking lot. I'm a lite sleeper and the foot traffic is not an issue in the halls or above the room. By 10:00 pm, it's quite enough to forget that you're in a hotel. I enjoy visiting with the hotel staff at the front desk as each one has always been pleasant and knowledgeable.

Everything was OK with the stay except Breakfast which consisted of the choice of cereal, waffle or a fried egg. There were some sausage pattys but nothing was assembled. They put the eggs and sausage on plexiglass shelves, looked disgusting. No fruit or yogurt or any healthy choices. Bread was hard to find after the 1st hour. I believe the hotel was not busy so they did not want waist which is OK but have fruit or yogurt at the very least.

I am currently staying at Home2 Suites Pasadena for an extended period, and overall it is a comfortable experience. The rooms are spacious and well set up, and the front desk staff were always friendly and quick to respond whenever I had an issue, such as an electrical problem and a roach sighting. Management tried their best to resolve things, which I appreciated. That said, there are areas that really need improvement. The housekeeping service is very inconsistent. At times I had to ask multiple days in a row just to get basic cleaning, and when I requested housekeeping directly, I was sometimes ignored, which left me feeling like I had to beg for service. On Monday, I told the staff I didn’t need service that day because I had an emergency and had to leave the hotel and I preferred it for the next day. On Tuesday I asked however one of the lady told me she is not cleaning today that tomorrow which I completely understand and I agreed for Wednesday, again Wednesday, I politely asked again for service, but one of the housekeepers didn’t even respond to me when I requested cleaning. I felt ignored and like I had to beg for a service that should be standard, especially during a long-term stay. Not to forget when I found the roach in the bathroom, I requested housekeeping, the lady came she changed my towels, I told her to leave the bedsheet since only 2 nights I slept on it but I had to tell her to vacuum and mop and wash the bathroom, however she did not even wash the bathroom which made me very uncomfortable. However I did not complain I mixed some of the dish soap water and threw it in the tub where the roach was. Since I don’t have cleaning supplies, I rely on them, and it’s not fair to feel neglected as a paying guest. For a long-term paying guest, this is especially frustrating. The pool was also not well maintained and had a strong odor, which made it uncomfortable to use. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive, which is difficult if you’re staying more than a few weeks. Overall, this hotel has great staff, comfortable rooms, and the potential to be excellent. With improvements in housekeeping consistency, pool maintenance, and food variety, this could easily be a 5-star stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I’ll be back in the future
