Check-in was so easy and the person was so helpful to be sure I got a room that was right for me. The room was spotless. The service was excellent. They went the extra mile. Every housekeeper smiled and was helpful when I needed anything. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was an average mini full breakfast. I would say it's not a full breakfast and not as many options as some place that are a "home" or "suites" but it was pretty good. Coffee 24/7.. That was an A plus for me. I liked getting my evening coffee. Pretty good view of the sunset which was great from the 4th floor.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The suites are cozy and a good size. We really liked the location of the hotel. Very safe and close to so many shopping centers/plazas. The food options are amazing!

Stayed here for a long weekend while in town. Free breakfast is decent, rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing that would have been nice for extended stay would be a cooktop or plug in burners. Theres dishes and a fridge but only a microwave.

I travel for work and only go to places with 4 stars or better, reviews are important to me. My room was clean and Vee Vee was great she was kind and courteous and even laughed at my complimentary Rolls-Royce and Bentley jokes 😃 and in the morning Debra was great she has great customer service

A friend and I stayed at this location for 3 nights. The location is prime to all major highways and there are many things around. My issue was not having anyone come from housekeeping any of the time I was there. No one came to pick up towels, refresh our bed, take trash, anything the entire stay. I saw housekeeping on our floor one day we were leaving out for lunch so I know they had staff. There is a sign posted on the bathroom mirror that housekeeping comes in every other day. No one ever came into our room. Also, the pillows need to be better quality. They flatten as soon as you try to lay your head on them. To me that’s unacceptable. No housekeeping was the most disappointing experience of the stay. The breakfast selection is decent. Hot food, cold items are available as well. I can’t say I’d return. For the money you spend, there should be better service.
