Check-in was so easy and the person was so helpful to be sure I got a room that was right for me. The room was spotless. The service was excellent. They went the extra mile. Every housekeeper smiled and was helpful when I needed anything. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was an average mini full breakfast. I would say it's not a full breakfast and not as many options as some place that are a "home" or "suites" but it was pretty good. Coffee 24/7.. That was an A plus for me. I liked getting my evening coffee. Pretty good view of the sunset which was great from the 4th floor.

Stayed here for a long weekend while in town. Free breakfast is decent, rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing that would have been nice for extended stay would be a cooktop or plug in burners. Theres dishes and a fridge but only a microwave.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. The suites are cozy and a good size. We really liked the location of the hotel. Very safe and close to so many shopping centers/plazas. The food options are amazing!

I travel for work and only go to places with 4 stars or better, reviews are important to me. My room was clean and Vee Vee was great she was kind and courteous and even laughed at my complimentary Rolls-Royce and Bentley jokes đ and in the morning Debra was great she has great customer service

My family and I stayed for 3-nights (Wed-Sat) and not one time was our room cleaned. My husband called the front desk multiple times and we kept getting the same answer, âoh it will get cleaned tomorrow!â Never did⊠at the end of our stay they offered our 3rd night to be on them. However, that doesnât excuse the fact that we stayed in a dirty room for multiple nights. It shouldnât be the guest job to constantly have to tell the cleaning staff or front desk when to clean our rooms. We will not be back at our stay unfortunately.
