Choose another Home2 suites. This one is the dirtiest one we've ever stayed at. The floors in the lobby and dining area were filthy -- gunk in the corners and crevasses. The breakfast area was not well stocked or kept up. Tape on the water dispenser? Gross. It took 2 people to open the shower door, it's so rusted and caked in. To top it off, this particular one was the most expensive in the area. We are regular Home2 patrons. Our experience has been consistently positive until this location. Maybe because it's Energy Corridor, corporate knows this is a popular location no matter what, but management does not seem to care about basic upkeep and cleanliness.

This is our 2nd time here at this hotel. I did not know that they have a heated pool!! What a plus! My kids love water and this is the one of the things i look for when trying to reserve a room. Front desk was fantastic. John i think was his name? Super kind man. Cannot express how amazing this place is. Would definitely come back!

This is my second stay at this location. You could not ask for a nicer group of employees. I have enjoyed my stay both times. The room was very clean and lacked nothing for a convenient and peaceful stay. Some of the specific employees that were amazing But not limited to where Carlos, Monique, Stephanie-the assistant general manager, And Renita. I had multiple conversations with all of them and they were all Friendly and wanted to be sure my stay was perfect.

The room was nice. Comfy and pretty clean. The sign regarding breakfast that I showed in Pic is all over the hotel however, the breakfast was nothing like what was stated. There was no variety of meats or cheeses for breakfast sandwiches, there were no potatoes of any kind. There wasn't even butter or cream cheese for bagels. The hotel itself was pleasing, just not the very misleading breakfast.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bed was not clean at all — I found long strands of hair, wrinkled and yellowed sheets, and the pillowcases had an unpleasant odor that smelled like someone else’s hair. The condition of the bed made me extremely uncomfortable and ruined my day. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, and this fell far below acceptable standards.
