If you're looking for a place to sleep and have local venues to see, it's worth the price. Your typical corporate hotels are in general area but cost about $40-70 dollars more. It was modestly remodeled, beds comfortable and bathroom had all amenities needed. Overall an ok to good place. Managers were polite.

It’s definitely not worth five stars. It definitely needs some upgrades. My wife made the reservations and when I went up to the window, they wanted to see her ID and her credit card in order to let US get into the room. although we only stayed for two nights, we won’t be going back.

Home Place Inn is the cool place to stay! Literally! A/C works great. I arrived earlier than planned.....Owners went above and beyond, to accommodate me & and my request.I was in my extremely clean, large wonderful room with in an hour after I arrived. The cleaning lady, does an amazing & fenominal job! I love this place! It's a well lit, clean & cared for property! Friendly & professional ownership/Mngmnt. When I'm in Houston I will only stay here. Thank you 💯🙏😁 Home Place Inn / Medical Center for the best stay at a motel/hotel I've had in years. If you stay anywhere else, you've stayed at the wrong place ..Stay here, I recommend it!!!

Worst two nights in hotel in my life Hotel is very good cosmetic condition BUT some people stay there for weeks And they’re not construction workers This people is people smoking weed most of the time and sleeping during day because at night they are listening to music very loud or arguing each other like crazy that they don’t let you sleep I called to the office first night and did nothing to help Next and last night I didn’t even called them Just trying to sleep but I couldn’t get any rest Next day I drove back home very tired on the road Never again!

The staff here is super friendly, its a family vibe & i feel welcomed by everyone with the exception of one cleaning lady whois super rude. The rest of the staff rocks though. They even have smoking rooms available! I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Its quiet and safe, in spite of the trash hotel next door. The rooms aren’t fancy, but they are comfortable and clean. The beds amazing & they have complementary pastries, coffee, juice & cereal every morning.
