Free parking, took a minute for water to heat up in the shower. Clean room. Water prices are in accurate on advertised wall… Life water was $4 and other water $3.75. Lobby bathrooms were clean. Location is spot on to the boardwalk area very convenient. No lotion in rooms. Did have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dryer (had to look for it in the kitchenette area), makeup towelette. TV, auto turns off.

Do not leave anything at this hotel because you will never receive it back. It’s unfortunate, but it happens. I left an item there. It cost about $150, realized it was missing went back and I guess it evaporated. Some hotels are good about returning things but at others, the staff treat left items as prizes. And this is one of those places. Will not return.

Great location, walking distance (1/2 mile) to Kemah Boardwalk. Breakfast rivals any nice restaurant-order off menu (no buffet!). Our breakfast was included with room, but there are many other levels of rooms to select. Quiet rooms, very clean.

Solid rooms and great hotel, within walking distance to the boardwalk. I was especially impressed with Kenneth’s customer service, as he made sure that I received an item I left behind at the hotel. Thanks to the whole team for a fun stay!

I just came here to Kemah expecting a dirty hotel but then we found this place! I love this hotel becuase there are lots of amazing features such as a bar and a lounge! Everything is clean and modern! The beds are comfortable and with good bedsheets! The employees that were there when we came were nice and made everything easy to understand! Thank you Courtyard for providing such a nice place!
