Reviews
I had a great stay at this hotel and was especially impressed with both the room and the restaurant bar. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well set up for work, with a large desk, strong Wi-Fi, and air conditioning that worked exceptionally well—something I really appreciate when traveling. I ended up dining at the restaurant bar two nights in a row, and the food was excellent both times. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Mariah provided outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—which made the experience even better. Because of the overall comfort of the stay and the excellent service, especially from Mariah, I already plan to stay here again next month. Highly recommend.

Me and my fiancé stay there for two nights, they told us that the reservation would be $200 but when we got there, we had to pay $600 the room was regular. The bed was uncomfortable. They didn’t even have the microwave in the bedroom . The breakfast It’s not included on your room. They might tell you it’s included, but when you go to eat breakfast, they will charge that on your account every time we walk in to the a front desk, nobody was there, The elevator was not working so we had to use the service elevator, which is a little bit far especially it was my sister wedding. The location is fine because it’s easy to be find, but not worth it. with us paying $600 they give us back $80

The hotel itself is nice. A little trouble at checkin we were already running late as we wanted to check in at 3 but we arrived at about 345 and they said the room wasnt ready. I cant help but think how upsetting it would have been if we hadnt been delayed and showed up at 3. However, the front desk clerk Long offered us an explanation saying that some members have a 2pm checkput. But if this is the case wouldnt there be a plan in place for thes situations where a quick room turnover is required? And unfortunately, i requested a specific room which they had no others to offer me. Additionally, the main elevator was broken, so we had to use the sercice one. I mean...im grateful that we didnt have to walk up 4 flights of atairs but still. It was a different experience than expected. Finally at check out. Mr. Long was frustrated on the phone with a giest who apparently didnt pay his bill. I know all this because it was happening when I was there...waiting to check out. He finally hung up with him and checked me out. Then I asked to purchase cookies and he said there were none left. Oh well. I really wanted my birthday experience to be a different one I got, but i tried to keep a positive attitude and carried on with my day. Would I go back? Maybe. Do they need to train employees better? Yes. Do they need to offer guests reasonable compensation for legitimate issues? Definitely. 😊 That being said everyone was polite and helpful. It just wasnt the romantic experience I wanted.

I had a great stay! Rooms were clean and had modern furniture and fixtures. The area felt safe too. Regarding customer service, everyone I ran into was very friendly. In particular, Mike was very knowledgeable and kind. My only constructive feedback is for the AC unit. It put out sufficient air but was a little noisy. It didn’t bother me, I’m only mentioning so others are aware. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt it was a great value.

They wanted to charge us $10 per hour until 3pm for early check in. Even with our room being available. Quite ridiculous. In Addition, main elevator doesn't even work. We had to use service elevator which skips the 2nd floor constantly. They don't even give you more then 2 water bottles for your entire stay. They really are trying make every dollar out of their guest and cheap out. I thought Hilton Doubletree supposed to be better then this.
